If you want an easy plug and play monitor this is for you. Doesn’t have a bunch of bells and whistles but that is what so great because it does a great job and you don’t have to worry about WiFi or any other undependable secondary product to works. If you want something that has a lot of amenities then this is not for you. Excellent, well made high quality product.

The media could not be loaded. ***I set this product up in our living room for example pictures and video for this review*** So we needed an extra baby monitor for our kids' play area. I like everywhere and they just seem to be so expensive. We don't need anything top of the line. Something with 2-way sound and picture! That's it! And then I came across this item. I was very attracted by the price. It was much lower than the others. I was a little worried it may not be all that great because it was so inexpensive. But after plugging it in and turning it on, I was presently surprised! (Again, this review is based on our needs) Sound and picture work prefectly fine. It's not the most detailed picture or highest quality sound. But it's going in a small room, so it'll work just fine. The camera plays 8 lullabys. You can choose from 8 languages. There's a temperature alert you can set (alarm with go off if it goes above or below the temps you set). I like that it has an eco mode, so the screen will only turn on when baby makes noise to conserve battery life. (And you can set sound sensitivity for that also) Both the camera and the screen come with power cords. There's even mounting hardware if you choose to go that route. Set up was as easy as turning the tablet/screen on and plugging the camera in at the same time. The paired automatically. There is also a pair button on the back of the camera and a pairing mode on tablet in case you need to do it manually. So yeah.... super simple. In the end, I'd say for the money, you're getting a decent little setup. Especially if you aren't looking to shell out the big bucks. (Imo, that's unnecessary) If you have sound and a picture that let's you know the kids are ok, that's what counts! And this product gets the job done! I do recommend this product! Especially if you are on a bit of a budget!

Supports multiple cameras, intelligent display, and frequency hopping for security. -- TL/DR begin -- Well packaged with competent English manual. Good range, no problem viewing basement from 2nd floor. Cameras are paired to a single display and should not interfere with similar products in surrounding neighborhood. Camera speaker crackles when playing some lullaby's and has no volume adjustment. May be too loud or quiet based on environment. Very sensitive camera microphone with an ECO mode that allows the monitor to 'turn on' only when enough noise is detected. Camera sensor type unlisted but monitor is likely 720p which suggests 1-2 Megapixel. Monitor has rechargeable battery and can easily be carried around the house, or left plugged into a single location. The visuals are clear, in both daylight and night vision situations. Controls are fairly intuitive. Temperature sensor is an valuable resource for newborns/infants and older. No pan/tilt calibration. Simple mounting hardware for standard screw mount. Assessment logo on product and packaging packaging (FCC, CE, UKCA). Power supplies display ETL assessment, double insulated, VI energy efficiency, indoor use, etc. Product is for indoor use only. -- TL/DR end -- A fine product, with good range of features and usability. Security is what this product is all about which is it's greatest strength and weakness (parent away from home cannot check in).

I really like that this baby monitor and camera are plug and play. The monitor and the camera each have a charger cable that plugs right into the outlet so there are no batteries to change. The camera was recognized automatically by the monitor when everything was plugged in. I really like that there is no need for a WiFi connection. The camera is well made, has a temperature sensor and a speaker. I really like that it can be remotely operated from the monitor to zoom in and to rotate almost 360 degrees or tilt from floor to ceiling to scan the room. It also has night vision which is clear as day. I really like that the monitor is easy to use and set up. The menu is easy to navigate. It has 8 lullaby settings (6 are songs and 2 are sounds) that can play individually or you can select the loop to play all of them. It also has a feeding timer with seven settings ranging from 30 minutes up to 5 hours. I like that you can adjust the speaker volume and the brightness of the monitor. I am very happy with this baby monitor and recommend it.

This does work well in terms of the picture and also the camera working with the monitor unit. I wish it actually was a wifi capable unit with an app so I didn’t need to carry something extra with me. I do love the added security that I don’t need to worry about someone hacking in, so that’s also a plus. It will be nice to use when the weather is great and I’m outside but I need to monitor inside. It’s a great option for when you don’t want or can’t use wifi.
