I wanted a non-Wi-Fi monitor and we got the infant optics one for baby#1. It was fine but you can't see much detail. When I was looking to add a camera for second baby, I decided to try a new brand and stumbled upon this one. The picture is so clear I can see the baby's belly move when she's breathing! This was such a nice surprise and calmed me many nights. However, about a year in, the battery stopped lasting very long. It's been fine since she's only taking one nap a day, but I often need to keep it plugged in on another floor (ie found another plug to fit it). It's not a male USB into the monitor so not ideal. But it works for us.

Have only had this monitor up for 2 weeks or so and the sound goes out frequently. You will see baby start to kick around and make noise but only actually hear it on the monitor some of the time. We have a fan running in the nursery and only hear that sometimes as well. Picture has been great, no complaints there or with battery life(but we did JUST start to use it) only issue is the sound not working properly

We have been very happy with this monitor and have been using it for about 18 months. We had an issue with the screen not working and the Bonoch customer support was very helpful. They issued us a refund for the original purchase and we were able to purchase another of the same monitor. We also love the split screen and additional camera option as we are expecting another little one in December. The night mode is very clear. I love the option to move the camera to see all angles of the room or crib. I also love the 2 way microphone feature as we have been using that in more recent weeks. Overall, it's very easy to install and use with really great range and picture quality. I recommend this to all my expectant friends, especially knowing the company will support you if anything goes wrong!

So far so good, I have it set up for my toddler and will use it as a dual screen once my second baby is born. I wish you could zoom out more though and the night vision was a bit more clear, but love the big easy to use monitor. Battery life lasts all night too.

I’ve been using the Bonoch baby monitor since Dec 2021 and we’re on our 3rd one! The first one my son accidentally broke when he was 15m old and we were happy to order a new one since we loved it so much. The 2nd one was working improperly so I reached out to Nonoch support and Naomi was able to send us a replacement and respond to my email super fast! We love that it doesn’t hook up to wifi and the video quality, screen size, and install is all super great. I’ve recommended this to all my friends and they said the same thing!

ETA: After having connection issues (see below for original review), customer service reached out quickly. They believed my monitor to be glitching and sent a new one that came within a week. The new system works great so far! No issues with audio or connection anywhere in the house! The new monitor is much larger, but works way better than the first and battery life seems to be better. I absolutely loved this monitor at first and even ordered a second camera. The quality was great when I was in the room right next to the nursery. I haven’t found the range to be accurate at all- our house is a very normal size and the range is crap going across the same level. Our bedroom is on the opposite end of the 2nd level where the nursery is (one 1 bedroom between) and the monitor doesn’t get service. The last few weeks even with service, the sound occasionally doesn’t work. That’s a fun roll of the dice. Thankfully, it has the lighted dots at the top so you can see when noise is being made even when you can’t hear it. I saw another review warning about the distance and didn’t think anything of it because our house isn’t big. If you are more than 1-2 bedrooms away I would look elsewhere. Otherwise, the quality is great.

This unit works as advertised. Everything about it is simple. Adding another camera was simple. Setting up the unit was simple. Wall mounting the cameras was simple. Using the monitor is simple. Everything is simple. Great for sleep deprived mom and dad. Bonus info. The cameras come with a very long power cord, unlike others, nice for wall mounting. The camera's field of view is fantastic. Picture quality is on par with others that cost more. If you're on the edge, buy it. You won’t regret it.

Provides us with a peace of mind with its clear camera/screen. I loved this camera/monitor but now LESS than a year later & the monitor will not turn on or charge.
