It has clear quality and night vision is great! Recently our monitor zonked out. It wouldn’t hold a charge or stay on. We love this monitor! We switched from another well known Wi-Fi connected monitor when we were welcoming baby #2. I didn’t want to be connected to Wi-Fi and we needed dual monitoring. It is a great monitor but did experience a problem with intermittent charging. Reached out to the company and they were so helpful and prompt with a resolution! One thing I would suggest to the company for future models is to have an easily accessible volume button rather than going into the monitor menu to adjust. Just a thought! ... show more

This monitor was awesome for being able to switch back and forth between our infant's room and 2 year oldest room (or view both simultaneously). We used it every day for just over 6 months, last week the screen stopped working. The sound still works but unfortunately, I can't even select which monitor I want to listen to since the digital screen is just black at all times. So I owned the Vava and the picture quality and night vision were incredible to the point where I could see my baby breathing, even see the pattern on your child’s bedding (not a big deal just giving you an idea) Unfortunately my parent unit was badly damaged so I came to buy another off of Amazon because the pricing was great as opposed to their website just to find it’s no longer sold and this is the comparable version. It lacks.. It has all of the same features but the picture quality doesn’t compare and the night vision isn’t great. If you’re a crazy mama like me and want to be able to see your baby breath this isn’t it. The sound on the parent unit isn’t very loud so if you’re baby isn’t making a ton of noise you may not notice they’re awake. Mine are now toddlers so I’m just using it to keep an eye on them but if I still had infants I’d invest in something else. I do however love that it is NOT wifi capable. That was big for me. The sound changes back and forth when you have the split screen engaged. The chord length is great and it allows you to put the cameras pretty high which in my opinion gives you a better picture of your child. Overall it’s just ok and serves its purpose. There are sometimes coupons for it on Amazon which is fantastic and makes it worth the purchase. I would never pay full price. Shipping was fast! ... show more

    • Won’t charge past 2 bars? (With updated review)

Love this monitor! Very user friendly. Only issue is we’ve been using it for 3 months and it does not seem to charge past 2 bars no matter how long it is left on the charger, causing me to have to plug it into the charger so many times during the day which is annoying and defeats the purpose of traveling throughout our home with the monitor in hand. Updated review: after leaving this initial review, customer service (hi Michael!) was so quick to reach out to me. They were incredibly helpful and even offered to replace the product without having the deal with sending back the original. I am so thankful that they took the time to read my review because I truly do love this monitor. So far, the new product is working just fine.
