We've had these cameras for about a year now. We purchased a full set (camera and monitor) for both of our kids bedrooms because it was cheaper than purchasing a second camera to add on at the time. What I like about these cameras: -The picture quality is great. Night vision and regular are clear. -Being able to move the camera is great. I just have to put something under the back side to tilt the camera a little more on the shelf to be able to view my son's crib as we do not want to mount to the wall at this time. -I like that it is not a wifi connection. Not quite a like / dislike: The connection is decent when I go outside but I can't go too far. Our house is a tri level; not a huge house by any means (under 1,500sq ft) but my kids are on the second and third floors. So I keep the monitors on full volume. What I don't like but doesn't make a huge difference in our purchase: -The antenna cap is removable exposing the antenna. Not a huge deal but my kids can get them off if they're left alone with it. We lost one cap. It did not impact the working of the camera. I just keep the monitors out of reach of my kids. -If two monitors are too close, they loose connection. If using two sets (vs. adding multiple cameras on one monitor) you just have to keep the monitors a few feet apart from eachother. Again, not a huge deal. Customer Service was wonderful (if you have registered for your lifetime warranty). We lost out antenna cap and our charger port was dammaged somehow. We had a new camera within a week which we are very grateful for.

Me parece una excelente inversión a la hora de obtener tranquilidad, tiene buena visión nocturna, buena calidad de la imagen. el sonido bidimensional no es tan bueno como dicen; no se escucha tan claro, la batería dura poco.. toca cargarlo muy seguido, el medidor de la temperatura nunca coincide con la actual puede estar haciendo mucho frio en la habitación y siempre marca diferente.

I was looking for a video monitor for the nursery we have for our granddaughter when she stays with us. This unit had a coupon and after reading the different details about it I decided I would make the purchase. The video quality is wonderful night vision works great and the fact that I can speak to her through the monitor is even better. It plays several different songs and allows you to move freely throughout your home completing tasks without disturbing your sleeping baby at work so wonderfully I bought one for my kids for their home.

Update: 6/21/23 - Customer Service promptly contacted me and resolved my issue. I still had the problems that I did but was offered a full refund. My hope is that the product I had was just defective. If they keep up this customer service, I would feel confident purchasing from them as they do stand behind their product and will make things right. Worked pretty good for 5 months. Had a decent range at the beginning but after 5 months it started saying that it was waiting for connection more and more often. Now it barely works from a bedroom away. Would not buy it. And the warranty and support are over. Goes to show they don’t stand by their product.

Monitor did not last more than 4 months. It’s a shame because I really loved the monitor. Image shown on the monitor is frozen. Shows stuffed toys in the crib that are no longer there. I cannot even turn it off. So disappointed. I’m on a fixed income and don’t have money to throw away. Update: Pressed reset button and problem resolved. Upgrading to 5 stars from 1.

I definitely got the warranty that it comes with, but have no idea how to get in contact with the customer service. Can anyone help me out.

My issue with the monitors I had before were that they didn't show enough of the scene for me to see the full crib with my baby in it. It had to be pretty far away. On top of that, they were fixed so I couldn't pan around to view more. These monitors show plenty of area coverage so they can be set up right above the crib and I love that I can move them any way I need to. They also aren't too loud even on the lowest volume setting like my other monitors were. I highly recommend them!

I purchased this monitor to help my mom know when my dad woke up at night so she could help him if needed. It was super simple to setup and has worked reliably. After a few months I had an issue with the power to the camera unit, I contacted the company, and the issue was quickly resolved.
