My left foot felt fine, but the right foot insole felt the uneven pad and it was annoying. Also insole was so big that it made my shoes tight. If you shoe is loose fitting and you don't mind feeling like you are walking on a crumbled sock that this is the product for you.

These insoles are surprisingly very good I thought because they were cheap they'd be horrible but they are very comfortable on feet 10 hours a day walking a lot.
