Pretty upset with this purchase was trying to find a release that matched my bow, which in the picture shows the Black and the blue and the one I received is silver and black. Should not be false advertising as releases and not cheap

Style Name: Desert Brown with Flex Connector
I bought this to replace my trusty Scott release aid. I liked the design, liked that I could tune the release, liked the strap and the wrist strap. Love dual clamp jaws on releases, so I thought this was incredibly well designed until I used it. The first thing you have to do is adjust the webbing connecting the wrist strap to the mechanism. In order to do this, you must first loosen the set screw that punches through the nylon webbing. If you have to do this enough times until you get the length perfect, it leaves long holes in the webbing, which are fail points if you keep this long enough. I called the company and they offered to send a new piece of webbing, but that wasn't an issue. What was really the issue is that they told me this was designed intentionally. Well, I had my last release for over 10 yrs before I decided to replace it and it was obvious it was nearing the end of it's useful life. This release does not seem like it will be so obvious since the webbing tears under the wrist strap. I am sure that webbing is going to be much stronger for much longer than you think, but I have seen a nick in webbing at tension can do catastrophic things so just my .02. I understand it's rare, but it does happen, and I wouldn't prefer to find out at full draw. Other than that, I like it, but it could be tweaked a bit. Curve the trigger, change the set screw for a bar clamp, offer diff colors, and thicken the padding on the wrist strap a bit. But don't call B3 and tell them, they were not very receptive to input, unless you like being told "bless your heart". So I put it on Amazon for everyone to see. ... show more
