Hitch arrived in good condition, the box was nice packaged well, however one of the three cotters' pins was missing. I could easily replace it, but I should not have to considering the cost of this hitch. I reached out to B&W and they immediately responded and are sending me out replacement pins. If they do not arrive by when I was told I will edit my review. Installing the hitch was very simple. Tow & stow hitch looks great, and it works great perfectly with my chevy multi-flex tailgate. I have a 2026 Silverado with a 3.5" lift on 35" tires, with the 4.5" drop hitch, I have just the right amount of ground clearance, and it sits at the perfect height for my trailer. I look forward to towing with this once I get the missing pin. Would recommend for others

Shame i had to buy a 3rd Tow-n-stow for my new 2023 GMC Sierra Denali, BUT its no fault of B&W! I was so excited to take the tow-n-stow off my yukon that I gave to my granddaughter and put it on my new Sierra. I immediately was overwhelmed with frustration realizing the MultiPro Tailgate would hit a standard to receiver! WHAT! I just spent my grandkids inheritance on a new truck and I wouldn’t be able to keep tow receiver installed all the time?! I envisioned my future life with the truck being a hassle since I wouldn’t be able to keep a hitch installed. In a short time i discovered that B&W had my solution! Thank you. Im happy B&W has once again satisfied my need for a towing accessory. It all started 20 years ago when I needed a solution for a fifth wheel hitch in my new Silverado. While perusing a ranch supply magazine i discovered the Turn Over Ball, with the the firth wheel tow companion would solve my concerns of the truck bed being cluttered with brackets and mounts. About 10 years later at the National FInals Rodeo in Las Vegas I discovered B&W had another solution, the Tow n Stow! What a simple, effective, elegant design. When my daughter managed to bend my first tow n stow, B&W was happy to replace it! No questions. In fact, while in Vegas at another NFR event i told them mine i had bent, they offered to take it back to Oklahoma and ship me a new one once they got back after the holidays. These guys are awesome and make amazing quality products.

My wife ordered thls hitch for me for Christmas. The 4 1/2 inch drop in the B&W hitch for the multi pro tailgate does not provide the minimum ground clearance on the vehicle. My vehicle is the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 that is not lifted. It does not explain that anywhere in the description. I went down to the GMC dealer and they had both the 2 1/2 inch drop and a 4 1/2 inch drop. The 2 1/2 inch drop is for the 1500 series and the 4 1/2 drop is for the 2500 series or the lifted AT4. I bought the proper hitch from the dealership and sent this hitch back to the company and they charged me for the shipping ($29). Little upset about that being I ordered the part based on the description of the item on Amazon. No where does it mention ground clearance? At the time to 4 1/2 inch drop hitch was the only one listed on Amazon. And it was listed for the GMC multi tailgate system truck. Very misleading. It made you think it was the only one. The 2 1/2 inch drop hitch provides the minimum ground clearance. I am very happy with the hitch being I have the right one now.

Awesome product. Built like a tank. Clears the multipro tailgate. Bottom of tailgate will touch the top of the ball so I just move one pin and rotate the ball to the blank spot so all is clear. It's close but clears even with weight on the tailgate.

This works great for the 2025 GMC Multi-Pro Tailgate. The hitch has to be in the stowed position to fully open the step without hitting the face of the tailgate to the face of the hitch. It leaves about 1/2" to 3/4" of clearance when fully opened. Pins were easy to adjust as well. Heavy duty!

These are the gold standard of hitches. Heavy, secure, and durable. Definitely the best if you have multiple trailers and a GM fold down tailgate. If you have a 1500 be aware of how low a 4 inch vs 2.5inch drop will be. Unless you have a lift or something like an AT4 or ZR2, you might not need the added drop because it would be very close to the ground.
