Tank dimensions vary by brand and model, so please measure the actual width of your aquarium before ordering. Will this platform fit a standard 55-gallon aquarium? Most standard 55-gallon aquariums are narrower than the required 18-inch width, so this XL platform may be too large and the ramp may not fit properly inside. Please measure your tank before purchase. Recommended for aquariums 18–24 inches wide. What should I measure before ordering? Please measure the fish tank width, top opening, rim thickness, and ramp space. The platform is approximately 18.8 × 15.9 × 10 inches.
