The substance held up well enough for both nails to stay repaired for several weeks long enough for both nails too grow out past the end of each nail. at least until you go to the nail salon to get the nail get fixed, well i can tell i didn't went to the salon just clean the nail and apply again, so my nail is still there i had the product for a week already, i just replaced once, and is still strong

Edited from my first review below....Still love this product but after my first application when they say buff after u do ur final dip....BUFF....I got it on my cuticles and it is thick...buffing it off will not take away from what is on ur nails from what I can tell cause it is a thick and strom product...I rebuffed some of my nails today and applied my clear coat...it is definitely a trial and erro process but definitely happy as of right now I just got this yesterday and tried it today. The first few dips were kind of worrying because it seemed like I was coming out with ALOT of extra powder but I figured out a good technique that worked for me. It is kind of messy but I dont mind. It took about 3 top coats I have to make them feel completely smooth but again I'm ok with that if it protects my nails from breaking. I'm using this on all my nails in hopes of keeping them from breaking and not just nail repair. I did get some of the glue and powder on my skin next to 2 of my nails on my one hand (don't know how) it wasn't difficult to get off but I had to try to peel it up and file it away. I will say in doing that it allowed me to see how thick and secure it is on ur nails even if u can't tell when it's on ur nails. This is only day 1 and first application so hopefully I stay just as satisfied as I am now.

I have very long natural nails they chip, crack and break. This has become my goto nail repair kit. The only problem is the glue should be larger.

The dip powder takes a few tries to get right. Then the surface is rough even after 3 coats of polish. I use it on cracked nails to keep from having to clip my nail down to almost bleeding. It’s working in a side split but not on the nail split down the middle. I’ll try another coat on that nail to see if it helps.

I bought this because my toe nail was split in the middle and needed something like this to prevent it from getting worse while it grows out. Super easy to use and so far, I’m happy. Nail polish goes on smooth and you can’t even notice anything if you buff it out before applying polish.

I’m so grateful this stuff works! My nails on one hand were vertically splitting, down into the nail bed, no matter how short I cut them or how careful I was. I do manual work, and it was so unpleasant. I bought this from desperation and it actually worked! It is easy to apply. The glue is thin and fluid and dries quickly. I did a layer of glue, dipped once, buffed the surface (which is quite grainy and does not smooth out entirely), and then another layer of glue on top. My nails feel solid again, and it was quick and easy. The result is passable but not as smooth as natural nails. I put a coat of nail tek on top, which smoothed it out a little more. I’ve only had it on two days, but it hasn’t budged. Even if it chips off soon I would be fine with it; application was very fast and I wouldn’t mind doing it again. This product totally solved my problem!
