I initially started looking for a home dip manicure product when I saw an advertisement for Nailboo popping up on my social media feed. I came across this brand of nail dip product and was a little skeptical because the price was so affordable. I figured I would give it a try because the reviews were so promising and I reasoned that even if it was a flop, I would only be out $20 for 2 kits and 8 colors I wanted to try...still less than ONE trip to the salon. I have done 2 manicures so far; the first stayed on nearly flawlessly for 12 days. I did hit one nail pretty hard on a door which caused it to chip and I was able to "patch" right over it following the normal steps and the "repair" was hardly noticeable and I was able to get almost 2 weeks out of it. The second manicure is on day 8 and with only a tiny bit of lifting along the back edges that you would get with any salon gel manicure. I am a surgeon and keeping polish intact without chips or cracks is impossible and I'm not allowed to wear any extensions or glue ons...so this product is absolutely amazing for me. I wash my hands with alcohol based hand sanitizer as well as soap and water countless times a day. Since it went so well for a manicure, I decided to try to save money on a pre-vacation pedicure by trying the dip for a pedicure. It was a little more challenging position-wise and had to get a little creative, but it worked great! I think the liquid parts of the kit will run out way before the powders will because a little powder goes a long way. I haven't been using the brush to sweep off the excess because I've found it smudges and it's really not needed; you can simply tap your finger on a paper towel to tap off the excess. My 13 year old daughter loves it as well and it's so easy she can do it herself. I will definitely be buying more kits and more colors! We are obsessed!

The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant about learning and trying the dip powder kit. The first attempt left hand was somewhat decent, the right hand was herendous. When I did the last step, the gel didn't dry quick and ruined it more. Then the following day one of my nails from the decent hadn chip and said it was a crap kit. I took off all the nail dip and started all over making sure I did exactly as instructions and even watch video since this is my first time ever trying it. Well after I was done the top gel sure dried quick and here I am almost a week and still look great. (Yes they are still minor flaws, but its all trial abd error)They have really lasted this long.(considering some reviews stating they only last about 1-2 days) I will definitely be saving money going to the nail salon, which it can add up since my nails grow fast and had to get my nails done every 2 weeks. This kit is so easy and have bought more colors. I do recommend this, you just have to follow instructions and take your time. (2nd time took me about an hour)

I rated this 4 stars because the product is good, relatively easy to use, each time gets better, and the colors are pretty. In the image it shows 4 colors in gloss and then those same 4 in matte. There is no matter top coat so that is misleading. The image shows only 3 liquids which accurate, but the 8 color options should be changed to only 4. So far I've only been able to get a week out of wear before it chips, but I think that is probably due to me still perfecting my technique and not wearing gloves when doing dishes. I have very brittle nails that constantly break but so far I've been able to grow them out quite a bit using the dip method.

This is a 5 star product in my eyes! I tried dip nails for the first time this week. I don’t go to nail salons, but still want to have nice nails. This kit was a great price so I decided to give it a shot. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. I watched a few videos about how to properly prep nails and also how to properly dip them. I’m hoping my nails last and can grow out with the dip. Easy to use, easy to apply, and a great result! The picture is from 2 dips of color. Great coverage and a really nice look. I’m happy with the brand and have already ordered more colors:)

I am new to nail dip and have watched several videos so I can learn to do it well. The pictures show the second time I did my nails and I'm very pleased with the result. The colors in this kit are beautiful neutral shades and the powder is very fine leaving no clumps or unmixed pigment. I haven't tried mixing colors yet but plan to do so on my next manicure. I feel you get a lot for your money and it's a great beginner set. The only drawback I have found so far is that my nail dip has been cracking and chipping within the first week of wear. I'm watching more YouTube videos to see what I can do to prevent this. It may just be operator error and not the product itself so I can't fault it at this point. I would definitely recommend it to beginners on a budget!

I love this! The pictures are from my 3rd time using it. It’s easy to use. It’s a pain to take off. I just do what they do at the salon. I ordered pure acetone soak 1/2 a cotton ball and place it on the nail, wrap in tin foil, put in a plastic bag and hold in warm water and repeat every few minutes until it is soaked off. I will say I bought the dermal tool to smooth them out and get them to the desired thickness. I also feel like I’m generally pretty good at painting my nails. If you don’t feel like you are good at doing your nails this may be difficult. I also prefer my own top coat. The only complaint I have is the colors are off. They are much more purple compared to the pink in the pictures advertised but still pretty.
