I rarely leave reviews but I had to leave this one. I used everything in the kit except for a nail file and buffer that I have from a nail tip kit. Also I already have nail gems. But the pic is the kit itself. I cleaned my nails up then applied the base. I thought from reviews, that it would be hard to dip in the jar bit it's all about angles. I dipped at an angle to cover the whole nail then shook off the excess. I waited about a minute and repeated 2 more times for a 3 dipped nail. Then I applied the second phase and filed and buffed my nails. Please do that part so there's no ugly demarcation line and your nails aren't bulky and rough. You want smooth tops. Then I applied the second phase again and put my gem on. Then I applied 2 top coats. Some said the shine wasn't shiny enough but it did the trick for me and my goal is not to use my top coat that needs UV curing. Tip: Apply thin layer of base so it's not bulky with dip powder, same with the top coat or it will take longer to cure.

The media could not be loaded. This nail product contains MMA, Methyl methacrylate is a common ingredient in cheap, low-quality dip powders and acrylics. Short-term exposure to MMA can cause a number of health effects, including: Eye, nose, and throat irritation Respiratory tract irritation Drowsiness Light-headedness Dizziness Hand trembling Skin sensitization or dermatitis Nail damage and deformities in nail growth Allergic reactions Permanent loss of the nail plate Permanent loss of sensation in the fingertips I’ve experienced itchy skin and respiratory issues while using this product. Also MMA makes nails take longer to soak off because the chemical is so tough you have to peel it lay for layer. Look it up! I wouldn’t buy this again

I have a very hands on job and I am never able to keep my nails. I always chip, break, or damage my nail at my place of work. I bought this hoping it would help me grow my natural nail. I haven’t had a lot of time with them (6-9-24 first day I used) but so far they are really holding up to the harsh work environment. I bought the color changing nails because I thought it was really cool but was disappointed by it. I’m not sure what I did incorrect but it definitely did not work on me. It stayed as the darkest color which is okay but I was really hoping for the change of color. If you’re looking for something that will protect your nails this is great! Color changing not so much.

I absolutely love this dip set! I wanted to try it and see if I could do it myself. It is easy and cheap compared to going into a salon! My nails are weak and this helps keep my nails from getting the daily damage they normally do! The color changing is cool, it is with temp! I took a pic after I put a couple fingers under cold water, I wanted to show an example!

I was kinda excited to try something different, color changing nail color! However, inside the box there’s a little card that asks you to report if the color is not what you’d expect or if there are any variations that to it. First red flag. Using the products is almost exactly like every other dip nail sets. With exception to the nail brush, I loved how soft that was! The tray/container you put the powder in was unfortunately the wrong size and angle. Not the greatest for “dipping” the nails in. My biggest complaint though has to be that it does not change color. At all. And the color for the gray is actually brownish purple. Positives though, it’s strong, and easy to use. Just disappointing it’s not what I had thought I’d bought.

Preformed really nicely. I have found that filing down AFTER I do the activator 2nd step so that the nails aren’t too thick and then reapplying the activator on the buffed nails before step three top coat helped a lot. I added a chrome buff too before the top coats and they are perfect for Valentines Day.

At first, I had a blast with this product. Application was pretty easy and it looked super cute. Fast forward to night and I'm woken out of a deep sleep to my fingers feeling like someone lit a blowtorch to them. They were on fire. It took me two hours of soaking them in acetone and filing off the product just to free my nails from their hellish prison. Not all of the product was easily removed and the time I spent trying to get it off lost me a lot of sleep. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
