When buying this product from the website for the first time it was amazing. A little thick but thats fine, you just have to rub it in, but i saw results within the use of the first container which lasted me about a month or so. When i bought it through amazon... idk if i got a bad batch or what, it was really gritty and burned going on, had the consistency of like an exfoliator and I did not really see a difference. Bought again from the website and got a nice, smooth cream that goes on nicely. So i think the product is good but just buy it from the website and not through amazon.

When you put this on your skin, you'll smell something between urine and garbage. Literally. It smells for an hour or two. How effective is it? Similar to about 10% azelaic acid compound lotions. I'm not a fan.

I have rosacea, last time I filled my prescription for my 1 oz tube of Finacea foam, 15% azelaic acid I had to pay $185 dollars after insurance ! This is only 1% less azelaic acid,I’ll gladly pay $45. Now I have to say I’ve only used it for 2 days, don’t mind the slight grittiness, I put a little bit in my palm first to warm and apply a thin amount. Can’t imagine that there will be any problems.
