Heavier than expected but remarkably easy to assemble. There were some extra parts included with no information about their purpose. (Fortunately, the manual includes a help line which very kindly answered the question.) On the down side, in my average-sized tub, I couldn't get low enough and stretch out far enough for a good submerged soak. However, the perfect ease of getting in and out of the tub safely after two knee replacements, one recent, makes it all worthwhile.

I have trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. I like baths though over showers.i really needed to find a way to take a bath without needing assistance. Well, this is it. It’s perfect. It really does go all the way down in the bathtub. It functions just as it says. The price of as expected for such convenience. It’s safe to use. It isn’t as heavy as it seems . Oh and it was so easy to assemble. It only took minutes. It came with a quick start guide and a complete guide. The only thing is my tub is small living in an apartment so I cannot stretch out my legs, but it is easier to wash my legs. I guess you can’t have it all, but this use pretty close.

Just received a few days ago - had to watch youtube video to set up. Also is heavier than I thought it would be......but the chair is awesome. I had knee replacement a few months ago and was having trouble getting in and out of tub to soak. This chair is so easy to operate and gives me total peace of mind that I won't fall. The price is good for the product. GREAT CHAIR!!!! So glad I found it.

This Lyft is ok, wished it had an option to go a bit higher. It only goes as high as a low sofa. However it does what it says, lift patients off the floor.

This thing has been a life saver! I have MS & fall pretty often. This helps my husband get me up & I have even used alone,by raising myslf up in front of recliner & standing by grabbing onto the recliner. No regrets on buying this at all!!

Because it is portable is one reason I decided to get it. I previously saw another model but required an electrical plug in to use that was not practical, so I stopped looking. When I saw yours and at a very reasonable price I decided to get it. Haven’t needed to use it yet but tried it out, going down then up. Seems like it’ll work out for me. Thank you for making such a chair, I feel more secure now!
