I wanted to love this printer! It’s easy to set up and is quick! The issue I had with it was that printing from the Pirate shipping portal directly caused the image to be fuzzy. I was able to get the print to be clear by doing extra steps, but did not think that would be a good solution to execute every time I printed.     • IF YOU USE UPS ONLINE THIS IS THE PRINTER TO GET
I tried 2 other label printers, both were well made but I had issues using ups provided labels. I was ready to give up and just rent the ups printer until i tried this printer. It is AWESOME, it came with a flashdrive that loaded the drivers plugged it in and it works like a charm. Feels really well built and it truly does print any label. You do need to switch your ups online view to the old version but its a snap. Perfect value for the money ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It did take me a little while to understand how to print my labels from my computer, however the set up was a breeze! Everything was easy to set up and there is a comprehensive set up guide on the thumb drive if needed. The print quality is amazing and has no issues.     • No CD driver this won’t work
Quite upset at this set up program. It comes with a USB adapter, but you must set it up using a CD. My computer does not have a CD.

Used for package labels, but it doesn't connect with all shippers (UPS) and it sometimes skips a label. I've had a lot of issues with getting the printer to print the correct size.

I am very impressed with this little printer. It prints labels very fast and clearly. Saves me ton of time shipping packages. The units looks very well built and the it's very easy to set up and use. Would highly recommend it to anyone that does shipping a lot.
