The daylight picture on the monitor is great. The nighttime one is okay. It does have a "zoom", but most of these that will let you zoom will allow you to move the picture around so you can be zoomed in on any area. This one does NOT. It only zooms in on the center of the picture. If what you're wanting to see is not in that small area, you are out of luck. Also, the video only remains on if the monitor stays plugged in. You do not need any technical skills to set this unit up. Just plug it in and it works. It doesn't have to be paired with anything or matched up to wifi. It runs on it's own just like the old school monitors did. Everything on the screen is simple to navigate. You can zoom in and you can press the microphone button to speak through it. Bought this for my mom’s house when we visit. Have used less than 20 sleeps and we had to tape the charger to the monitor because it wasn’t charging. Also the signal goes in and out and has to be positioned just right for it to even work. Also do not like because it does move. Wherever the camera is positioned is all that you can see. ... show more

Great little monitor for the price! Bought as an additional monitor to take on vacation and it worked fine! Signal reached far. It is small and doesn’t cover a wide range but works perfectly for us to have over our sons crib! The room temp gage doesn’t seem to be accurate it’s always higher than what the room temp is but I don’t really find that feature as a necessity. Again, great monitor for the price! ... show more

    • Multiple purchases - Monitor gives out after a couple of months
We’ve bought these multiple times. And while they last they work really well. But this is the third time buying the camera plus the monitor because the monitor gives out after a few months. The charger port no longer works unless you hold it at an angle.

This is a great monitor. Sound is clear, picture is clear, and the battery life is great. I don’t have to worry about this monitor dying on me before I go to bed and I haven’t had any signal issues either. I would absolutely buy this again.
