The media could not be loaded. I received this machine about 10 days ago and I already noticed increase energy, more mobility and I am losing inches in my waist. I am on my feet for 8 to 12 hrs a day and my feet and back hurt so much, after using it for 20 mins I feel so rejuvenated and it has been a blessing to have this machine!!! I am so impressed with how well this machine works. I use it in the morning for about 10 mins then at night for 20 minutes!!!! I love it and since using this machine it has helped me be more regular, my bowels are working so much better and I sleep so well at night. This is also a great way to help with lymphatic drainage and increase circulation in the body. My 80 yr old mother in law uses it when she comes over to my house and she notices her pain in her legs and back are much better, each time she uses it. She is now convinced and is ordering her own. For seniors who are not so balanced its best not to use it standing up, she usually sits down and puts her feet on the machine. I don't usually write a review on Amazon but I felt the need to share my thoughts on the vibration pad. First of all I've dealt with them 'giggles' on my thighs & after reading the reviews on this product I thought why not give it a try... This is Very easy to assemble and hook up my blue tooth too it in case I want to listen to music...I one issue I had was there remote when turned on disables my sound bar but I just turn it on and then turn my sound bar back on, no biggy... The 1st time I tried it I only did 4 minutes on P1 & than I got up to 5 & then I was doing the full 10 minutes on it... Be prepared to be shook, Lol!😜 I became a little inconsistent with doing it daily but I now am on day 4 & I've been able to move up to P3 & actually did it 10 minutes, be prepared it's pretty challenging, I had my husband do it on P2 & he Really had to focus on his balance but he Loved it & well start doing it daily after his runs.... I the short about off time using the vibration pad I've noticed a Huge improvement on my legs, they feel firmer & tighter, I honestly shocked of what results I'm getting in already... I'm going to incorporate light weights & the bands that come with it to work on my arms... Each level represents a different exercise, ie... P2 is Yoga... I'm going to work my way up to P5, I'm SURE it's going to hard but I'll get there 😊😊 I hope this reviews is helpful to someone that is looking to purchase this pad... I give it a 5* !! ... show more

I just wanted to write this review in case you are over the weight limit and on the fence about whether or not this will work for you. I weigh 390 (I’m working on it) and this feels sturdy when I’m on it. I’m not sure longevity wise how it will hold up but I’ve had it for several months so far. I will say that I don’t stand on one leg on it or anything that may stress it out more than necessary but it does hold more than it says it will (it just may affect how long it lasts, I’m not sure). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. What a great piece of equipment. I've wanted a vibration plate for years, but the cost was always prohibitive. Did extensive research online and this one was in the top 5. It's simple, not many bells and whistles. Lightweight and quiet. It has 5 programs, and the remote makes it easy to use. I use it every other day for 15 minutes, alternate days I do yoga. So far, I have noticed a tightening and strengthening of my legs, improved balance, improved pelvic region and lumbar strength, cellulite reduction in thigh area, and tightening of lower abs. It is akin to doing isometric exercise,ceith stimulation. It has even helped with my bone on bone hip pain. (I may just be able to put that hip replacement off another year!) ... show more

I Purchased my slim black vibration plate approximately two months ago and I have used it every day. It does, in the beginning, make your legs or body itch but as an RN, I am aware this is just improving circulation, which is one of the reasons I bought it for as I am 68 years old. It no longer causes itching because my body has adjusted. I do not use it for weight loss or help with correcting cellulite on my legs but rather for health reasons. I’ve been told since I have osteoporosis it may help with preventing further bone loss in accordance with other interventions that I use, such as a weighted vest. It is very relaxing and I look forward to using it every day, knowing that I may be getting some health benefits from it too. It is a positive game changer! ... show more
