I used this for my daughter hair for Homecomming she is African American and has very thick curly hair and it straightened her out so well she loved this I like the fact that it comes with a glove and clips because this thing gets so hot

This flat iron performed beyond my expectations! It came with a full glove, 2 alligator clips, and a nice velvet bag to place it in, all in the box and a card. On top of that nice surprise, it flat ironed my 4b fine hair in half the time. I was shocked how fast I got it done. The clips helped too better then my butterfly clips! I definitely recommend especially for the price! Now, I did get a few times a strand snagged on the part holding the plates, but not enough to lose a star with the price I paid. ... show more

Worked good for like a week, temperature got pretty hot and heated up quickly. It did snag my hair a little but wasn’t too bad. Went to plug it in again after a week and it wouldn’t even turn on, tried a different plug thinking it might have been my outlet but nope, this straightener quit working after only a week.
