So far so good! This is a great, heavy duty bike lock. The metal U is coated in a soft rubbery sleeve so it doesn't scratch your bike, and is very easy to mount to your bike and open or close. The dust cover is a bit loost on mine, it works fine as long I make sure it naturally slides downwards while on my bike. Product arrived inoperable. I paid $40 for this bike frame lock and in order to get a refund I must ship this item back to the UK. Amazon only reimburses up to $20 and shipping back to the UK will cost me around $150. Its a shame that I received a defective product and now have to eat the cost of the item even though I will not even be able to use it. ... show more
