Install went perfectly. If you are installing mounting brackets on a steel frame trailer, the mounting bracket screws supplied will not work. They are probably fine for aluminum frame trailers. Awning works like a charm. Watch the video on YouTube and you won't run into any issues. Great product for the price.

My camper did not have an awning just the brackets for one that used to be there. The sizing guide was super helpful. Insturctions were clear. The material is very sturdy and heldnup no problen in the wind and rains we've experienced since purchasing. I like that it has a slot for me to thread my light hooks on too.

Awning itself we love. Canopy and frame are awesome. Easy to install if you’re handy. Between the enclosed instructions and YouTube videos (of similar awnings), I was able to successfully install our awning. My only complaint was the mounting hardware (i.e. mounting bolts) were not self tapping as described. I purchased my own to do the install. We’ve used it a few times now and enjoy the ease of opening and closing to store while driving. Setting up our camp is a pleasure now.

Product well built with sturdy material. Brackets that attach frame to the wall would not install over the existing gutter, and had to be installed under the gutter.There is no solid framing to screw the lag bolts to at that location. I solved the issue by drilling holes through the wall, then placing a piece of sheet metal inside with holes drilled through that; then using 5/16 inch bolts and nuts to secure the upper bracket . Not elegant but it works

Directions are so so, assemble on floor take measurements then transfer to RV. Quality is amazing, for the price you can't find another awning with this quality. Do not pull the preloaded tension pins unless it's in the up or closed position. Buy it you'll love it.
