We had a problem with the shipping it comes separately with the fabric ended up going to the wrong address luckily we were able to get it back with no help from the seller. But we installed it and love it the installation wasn't hard my wife helped me and we are in our 60s we installed it on a cargo trailer conversion and it was easy and works great. Wasn't very happy with the seller the way they responded to us when we told them we didnt get the fabric all they would say was that we had gotten it and once we did all the leg work figured out it was delivered to the wrong address they still weren't very helpful. It should have been sent in the same shipment is how I would have done it. The product is great I recommend useing a different seller I think they could have been more understanding.

Great replacement awning. The material is heavy duty & it fits directly where the old one was removed. You do need 2 people to connect the awning to the arms because it’s awkward trying to do it be yourself. It can be done though.

The awning kit is well made and beautiful. The seller isn't helpful. They require a signature and you don't know this until it's too late. The instructions for installing the fabric are the hardest way. Use the instructions that come in the fabric for that part. There was a small hole that we didn't notice until after installation as well. Otherwise, beautiful and well crafted.

Awning itself we love. Canopy and frame are awesome. Easy to install if you’re handy. Between the enclosed instructions and YouTube videos (of similar awnings), I was able to successfully install our awning. My only complaint was the mounting hardware (i.e. mounting bolts) were not self tapping as described. I purchased my own to do the install. We’ve used it a few times now and enjoy the ease of opening and closing to store while driving. Setting up our camp is a pleasure now.

Directions are so so, assemble on floor take measurements then transfer to RV. Quality is amazing, for the price you can't find another awning with this quality. Do not pull the preloaded tension pins unless it's in the up or closed position. Buy it you'll love it.

Good quality awning, good choices of frame and fabric colors. The bolts strip easily in heavy steel trailer frames, so, a few extra bolts/tapscrews would be nice, but, that's just a suggestion. This is a good quality awning and easy to follow instructions. Also, watching a few installation videos is a good idea.

Product well built with sturdy material. Brackets that attach frame to the wall would not install over the existing gutter, and had to be installed under the gutter.There is no solid framing to screw the lag bolts to at that location. I solved the issue by drilling holes through the wall, then placing a piece of sheet metal inside with holes drilled through that; then using 5/16 inch bolts and nuts to secure the upper bracket . Not elegant but it works
