I ordered a 19' awning. I had a dealer install as I really didn't have anyone available to help install at the time. You must have 2 people to install. The awning fabric looks sturdy. All brackets are strong and excellent quality. I had a part on the roller tube bent possibly in packaging at the factory. I contacted the seller and they were really fast in getting back to me with a solution. They indicated I could bend the part out and use with no issues. They also said they would overnight the damaged part. I choose to have the dealer make adjustments to the part. It worked fine. The limit switch as it's rolling up to the stored position worked fine. The position after rolling the awning out to it's fullest position wouldn't set. I know to release the button so no really big deal. So far the awning is really much better than the original 22 year old one I replaced. The electric feature is somewhat slow but works fine. I think it will hold up a long time. Happy with the item and install. I saved over $1000 going this route as opposed to buying from Camping World who wanted $2600! ... show more

I had to replace my awning. I saw this, but had never heard of this brand. I read the reviews, most were very positive. The price was so much cheaper than the brand names i had been looking at. Based on the reviews, I purchased the 19 foot awning. So satisfied with the quality. I had to hire someone to install it. I also had him to install LED light strip. The product itself is excellent. The installation instructions are very poorly written. So I went to their website to watch an installation video.     • This is a good awning. Installation was pretty straightforward.
Size: 18' (17'2" Fabric) Color: White Frame-Black Fade
The awning is well constructed and solid. I had a slight shipping issue so that's the reason for deducting one star. I replaced the screws for the mounting rail with shorter ones. I also didn't find the main screws that hold the arms to the RV wall were very good. I used another type of self-drilling screw. The instructions weren't great but they were good enough to figure it out. I slid the awning into the groove on the wall first then installed on the roller. Also you should lube the awning and the dowels with something ( I used Super Slick Slick Stuff) . FOLLOW-UP: After I got this installed I proceeded to bend one of the arms. This was purely my fault. My trailer has a latch on the rear that swings more than 180 degrees around to the side of the trailer where the awning was mounted. I closed the awning while the latch was in the way. The motor must have some serious torque because the part that bend was pretty beefy. I contacted Awnlux and sent pictures of the damaged part. They did charge me for shipping the replacement, but the customer service was excellent and the new part got to me very quickly. I'm raising my rating to 5 stars in response to fantastic service. ... show more

No directions for assembly and it's worse than Ikea furniture to assemble. We called customer service and they told us there working on a video. Doesn't help the poor bastard who bought it before they had any instructions. After 3days and four people we figured it out. There measurements are way off,don't go by them.Its a great electric unit,and you will need to purchase bolts,screws,wiring to meet your specific installation,half there hardware stripped or snapped. If you can get it mounted it's a good unit. Do not expect any help or advice from the company. The video they refer is a outdated you tube video and not going to help you at all. Two of my helpers work as installers for a competitor and both had issues with my install, mostly because of bad hardware and measurements. Good luck. ... show more

After US Customs made this shopping experience a disaster the seller made every effort to correct & amend the government interference & personally shipped a new product on their own a couple weeks after fabric arrived w/out brackets/arms/hardware. 1st time raising an awning but instructions included were concise & accurate as well as simple. Fabric very good quality as well as fitted perfectly. If youโ€™re looking for a new awning as an upgrade as I was or whatever reason please give these folks a chance, You wonโ€™t be sorry. ... show more
