We had a problem with the shipping it comes separately with the fabric ended up going to the wrong address luckily we were able to get it back with no help from the seller. But we installed it and love it the installation wasn't hard my wife helped me and we are in our 60s we installed it on a cargo trailer conversion and it was easy and works great. Wasn't very happy with the seller the way they responded to us when we told them we didnt get the fabric all they would say was that we had gotten it and once we did all the leg work figured out it was delivered to the wrong address they still weren't very helpful. It should have been sent in the same shipment is how I would have done it. The product is great I recommend useing a different seller I think they could have been more understanding.

Great replacement awning. The material is heavy duty & it fits directly where the old one was removed. You do need 2 people to connect the awning to the arms because it’s awkward trying to do it be yourself. It can be done though.

Awning itself we love. Canopy and frame are awesome. Easy to install if you’re handy. Between the enclosed instructions and YouTube videos (of similar awnings), I was able to successfully install our awning. My only complaint was the mounting hardware (i.e. mounting bolts) were not self tapping as described. I purchased my own to do the install. We’ve used it a few times now and enjoy the ease of opening and closing to store while driving. Setting up our camp is a pleasure now.

As you can tell by the title of my review, we didn't measure twice, and ordered the awning 2 feet shorter than the original, I did mention this to the husband, but he is my husband soooo there's that. After moving the brackets to the "correct" place, installation was quite easy! The awning does come in two packages, so don't panic when only one box comes. Just hang on tight and the other will show up! We used the awning on our next camping trip, and it did the job it signed up for quite well! Would defo order from this company again. Just remember, measure twice!

My camper did not have an awning just the brackets for one that used to be there. The sizing guide was super helpful. Insturctions were clear. The material is very sturdy and heldnup no problen in the wind and rains we've experienced since purchasing. I like that it has a slot for me to thread my light hooks on too.

My original awning came loose while traveling 65 mph on the interstate. Needless to say by the time I got stopped there was not much left of it. About all I had left was the roller so I needed a complete awing set. This order had everything needed to completely replace my original awning. The quality of the arms, roller and other supporting parts of the structure seem as sturdy as the original. It probably took about 3 hour to install. The instructions that came could use more detail but when used after first watching the video on the order site they were sufficient.
