Do not buy! Works for a little while and then the link prompts you for a pin number to continue using your CarPlay feature. They want you to buy a code from them and will just shut it off on you anytime and then have you pay. If that’s not a scam I don’t know what it is.

The media could not be loaded. This is not a vine review and I did not receive the product for free or at a discount. Anyway I looked around for awhile to find a double din to replace the factory navigation radio in my 2008 tahoe. I found quite a few different models some quite a bit more expensive but this seemed to be the best fit. I must say I am thoroughly impressed! Here are my top pros and cons thus far. Pros* I have the Bose system in my Tahoe and it never sounded this good. The volume and quality has increased exponentially. It also has multiple options for sound equalizing. * The display quality is top notch! Many themes and app options as well. * The wiring kit was seamless. I did not have to make a splice at all. I was able to retain all the functions including the steering wheel. It also added two USB ports. * Bluetooth and wireless Android auto work perfectly! * Reverse camera is 100x better than stock. Cons * Reverse camera appears to have a proprietary connection, we'll see how it goes should it go out. Also the cable could have been longer for SUVs * The chime speaker is a bit loud when using turn signals. Maybe there's a way to turn it down, I'm not sure yet. Overall I love it! Made my Tahoe feel new. I'd buy it again. I've installed countless radios, and this was the simplest by far. You won't regret the purchase.

Overall, I'm happy with the unit. However, the display (for the 11.5 inch model) extends from the dash a few inches so in my 2007 Chevy Avalanche, the edge of the unit just ever so slight kisses the column shifter. Which wouldn't be too much of a problem, except due to the proximity, it gets in the way of your hand when shifting. I have contacted support to see if they have an adapter that will inset the unit closer to the dash or some other fix. I may consider the smaller display size although I was looking for a larger display and this is one of the few options.

The media could not be loaded. Just finished installing in my 2011 Silverado. Everything was simply plug and play. I had installed an aftermarket unit in the truck 6 years ago and navigation quit working, and it did not have CarPlay. The new unit has CarPlay and the navigation works. I was also fortunate as the old speaker for the hands-free phone as well as the gps antenna and the microphone that were used for the old unit were compatible with the new unit, so I just used those with the new radio and didn't have to worry about rerouting those wires. Install went smoothly without a hitch. The biggest bonus was that it was just about 1/3 the cost of the unit it replaced and has more features.

If you have a chevy Silverado 1500 (2008-2013) its literally plug and play, install for me (no experience installing radios) i was able to finish in under an hour no wire cutting needed no modifications. I use apple carplay and tbh it has some bugs but so far so good. I will update if any other issues arise

This head unit is a nice unit , my problem fell in the outputs where my amp and subwoofer out went through ! I feel that part of the system has cheaper wiring and I could not get this unit to play clearly or separate my bass from my highs everything was distorted! Had to order another head unit and I can’t send this one back because I had it to long !

Not my 1st tablet radio works great. Doesnt matter who is paird bluetooth (apple play, android auto) phone will wig out. During texting or trying to make calls. Thought it was the newer operating system but even pulled out a galaxy 23 and phone still wigs out only while connected to radio. Also. The speed display will not switch to mph even though it is selected.. so when on home screen speed reading will forever be off. Backup camere lines are on top of screen. Rotated camera and it has a option to reverse /flip screen but then the angle is off without changing where camera is mounted. Im giving this 1 star because i like to listen to music while driving and if i go through my pandora to type a artist within 3 seconds the keyboard will dissapear adding to fustration doesnt matter if vehicle is in motion
