This bike comes with the tires not inflated, and mine exploded when I pumped it up. The tube must have been pinched between the tire and rim. Why the manufacturer does not fill the tires after assembly? The bike does not turn on, and after a month of dealing with an unhelpful manufacturer that sent me no schematics or repair parts, I filed for a refund. I don't have it yet. The bike seems like a high quality piece, with QC stickers on every part, so its a shame that nobody ever tested to see if it all worked together. Next time I'll find a bike that includes a wiring diagram because nobody in my area works on them. Not at all happy. Amazon wrote saying to contact the police because they determined the bike was stolen by a 3rd party. I have it right here, and it still doesn't work. Wow. Amazon was supposed to settle this claim two days ago, Jan 14th, but has not replied. The bike still does not work. I really liked Amazon, but really got stuck on this deal. The A to Z computer still thinks the bike was stolen, and they send automated responses that you can't reply to. The bike does not turn on! ... show more

Great bike. Very solid build and the dual motor gives it great acceleration from start. My only issue with it is that somehow I was able to bend the deraileur out of place after one change of the back tire. I've had to change back tires a lot on other bikes so I'm not unfamiliar with the process but whatever is holding the deraileur in place is very soft metal and quite easy to bend so be mindful of that. But again, that was due to my mishandling of it, but it shouldn't be that easy to damage it in the first place. ... show more

100 percent worth it. The front motor can be switched on/off. Good in snow/ice if you turn the front motor on. I've had it up to 30mph and that wasn't even full throttle. I'm 170. Very solid

Make sure you meet the correct height requirements for the bike as posted in the online documentation. Bike was packaged well and arrived undamaged. Be cautious when inflating the tires as to not damage the tubes especially on the rear. Fairly easy to assemble. Bike is heavy. Very fast. Battery seems to have plenty of life. I have had about a week now. Overall very pleased. The only issue was with delivery which was controlled by Fed Ex. They were horrible. ... show more

Do not ever buy an electronic bike from Amazon and this manufacture for four months they’ve been trying to send me parts on a defective bike. I brought it to a bike shop for repairs two times they’re trying to give me a refund for $20. It came with a flat tire. The throttle is wrong. The hand brakes wrong is all kinds of problems and I reported to Amazon three times and they give me a refund for $20. I am so pissed off right now I will never buy anything from Amazon that’s electronic bikes or anything like that and I recommend nobody ever buy anything from Amazon like this. I’m still waiting for a refund of $1000 my bike and they sent me $20 and said they cannot do a refund and are sending new parts again ... show more

This is an awesome bike. Great instructions to put it together. Only thing to make it better would have been instructions on the use of the control panel to be included as well. Support was great in providing this information when contacted.
