I initially got this humidifier to combat high humidity (65% RH) in between seasons, where my HVAC team has mentioned that in spring and fall, even when running your system 24/7 between 70-72F, it may not be sufficient to remove humidity. They recommended I get a dehumidifier for my space, which the space I was trying to reduce humidity in, is aprx 850 sq.ft. The first unit that I bought from Avylo did have some issues that I noticed nearly immediately. The main issue was that using their provided drain line at the appropriate drain location on the unit did not seem to be expelling water collected by the dehumidifier. I reached out to their customer support team via phone, where the representative was very kind and helpful, and provided me their email address to further troubleshoot the issue. Junniel and Katerina from Avylo's email support team responded immediately, was also very kind, and they went above and beyond to make things right! I provided them as much detail into the steps I tried prior to reaching out, such as ensuring that I was using the drain line no higher than the 15ft that it says the line can drain from (I was way under that amount, only raising the drain line approximately 4ft), and also reaffirmed that I connected the drain line to the correct drain spout on the unit. Afterwards, Katerina asked me a few more questions via email, and I tested and wrote back my findings, and Katerina determined the pump was broken. Katerina was so kind and so quick to send a new unit out, and I tested it for a whole weekend to make sure there were no issues with the new one before writing back to relay the outcome. Not only did it successfully expel water from the drain line, but apparently the new unit also was removing more humidity from the space. The previous unit could never get below the 40% threshold, to where the unit's color coded light would turn blue (below 40% relative humidity), and only ever had displayed the green light, indicating a range of 40% - 60% RH). So I realized that the previous unit not only had an issue with the pump to drain the water, but also it was not removing as much humidity from the space. I now consistently am able to get my space to a range of 38% - 45% relative humidity, which is a significant improvement from the previous unit, as well as what the RH% was before I bought the first dehumidifier from Avylo. I highly recommend and will purchase products from Avylo in the future, as they stand true to their products warranty/support and this new unit has demonstrated how excellent the performance of their products are. Thank you so much team Avylo and a special thank you to Katerina! As for price, they are very competitive. I compared price against the energy efficiency rating vs the space that it dehumidifies up to, the methods of drainage (they provide 3 different methods), quietness (it is VERY quiet compared to the dehumidifier my parents have had), and how little space this unit takes up. I know there were a good amount of amazon vine reviews when I was first looking to purchase, but do not let that deter you, as I did take a chance, and am very satisfied with everything overall. Okay this thing is a BEAST. I have a 1200 sq ft finished basement and without a dehumidifier the ambient humidity in the spring/summer is 60%+. Until now I've had a dehumidifier living in my laundry room with the door open and the hose draining into a sump pump hole but the thing is SO DARN NOISY. This avylo dehumidifier is at least 15 dB lower on the highest fan setting than the old one (a name brand), although higher than the listed dB of <41 dB (tested all three fan levels with an app on my phone). I'll take the win though. The noise on low isn't terribly bothersome other than the compressor occasionally kicking in. I let it run on high all night and usually keep it off during the day unless I'm taking a shower. In the first 24 hours I had to dump the tank multiple times and since then it's just once when I get up in the morning. I leave the white lid off all day to let the tank fully dry out. Humidity has been reliably kept below 50% (usually <45%) which was my goal and I love that I can just pick up the tank from the top and dump it down the tub even with how weak I am physically. Super easy, very convenient, and so much better for me than having a dehumidifier sequestered in one small room expecting it to pull humidity from the rest of the basement. This one lives in the main room and has handled 1200 sq ft remarkably well - main room, two bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom (with a fan that doesn't work), walk in closet, and storage room. It IS a bit heavy for someone petite like me. Getting it inside, downstairs, and unpacked was a bit of an ordeal on my own. Be smart and open from the BOTTOM instead of cutting the box off from the top and having to lift the thing out of the styrofoam. Let it sit upright for 24 hours, plug it in, and you're good to go. Convenient enough that I don't miss the drain hose one bit. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a remote but that's very minor and I'm happy to live without one for how easy it is to empty the tank.

So far, so good. We went through several dehumidifiers over the years, and this Avylo dehumidifier is so far the BEST. Quiet operation. What drew me to checking this one out was the water tank on the top! Never saw this feature before in other dehumidifiers. All other dehumidifiers with the water tank on the bottom are extremely difficult to clean the muck out. This Avylo water tank will be a breeze to keep clean any future muck build-up - no narrow compartments like a bottom water tank. Nice huge letters, "FULL" when water collection is complete, and appreciate the humidity/temperature readings in front of the machine. We have use in the basement of the house. Full water tank is easy to lift off the machine and appreciate the built-in corner tank drain outlet opens automatically for easy pouring. Lots of thought went into this dehumidifier's design for ease of use. Hoping this one lasts for several years to come, unlike the other brands we have had that were lucky to make it to 2 years.

I emptied it once before I went to bed and I emptied it again when I woke up. We how have 52 percent humidity and I can definitely feel the difference in my basement. Excellent product

Minus: Short power cord: 5 feet instead of the usual 6 feet for my other dehumidifiers, and come out from the right side when facing front. This loses 2 feet if dehumidifier to the right of a wall plug, necessitating an extension cord in my case. Plus: No leaning way down to get the bucket, nicer than one imagines. Plus: "FULL" in big letters on the front visible from far away, no more walking up to search for a tiny red light.

Not good. This dehumidifier was a huge disappointment. It’s extremely heavy and difficult to move around, especially I do live in a house with stairs by myself. Although with the wheels, it doesn’t roll smoothly and feels bulky and awkward… that’s overpriced and not worth it as well as it’s too noisy to me tho.

Replaced my GE with this. Haven't had it long enough to check all the features, etc. It is very quiet compared to the GE. The best feature for me is that the water reservoir lifts off the top and pours so easy. Another difference is that the expelled air is cool compared to warm air with the GE. I'm really pleased so far.
