I received the PC earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Only issue I had was the power coord had come loose from the motherboard during shipping so when I tried to power it on initially it did not fire up. After looking it over I found the loose wire, connected it, and it fired right up. Its literally plug and play. My first gaming PC and the only complaint I have is that I didnt get enough RAM to go with it. Its got 2 slots for RAM and cam with 2x8 installed. Ill be upgrading it to 2x16 shortly. All in all its a very well built gaming PC and for the price vs performance I dont think it can be beat. Highly recommend. I also did reach out to their support department prior to catching the loos wire and they did get back to me within 2 hours of leaving a message to make sure my issues were sorted. ... show more

I bought this little PC in December and it has been a nightmare. Since I received it it has given nothing but issues. This review is late because I have barely used this PC until now. I bought this PC with the idea of using it for gaming. Shortly after I bought it I started school and was too busy until I finished. Initially when I received the PC it would crash, constantly. I had someone look at it and who ended up having to reinstall the windows software into the computer. After this I started school and was not using the PC so at this point this PC has barely been used. Fast forward to now, few months later, I go to start using it and it starts crashing again. It turned out to be that now the power supply was defective and we change out the power supply unit. This fixed the crashing problem. But when the power supply unit was changed it looked like the motherboard may be having some issues as well but it is functioning so we’ll see how that goes. This is a new computer and I’ve practically had to purchase another new computer in the process of upgrading it and to fix its issues. ... show more

I loved that this pc turned on as soon as I took it out of the box. Minimal set up and it came with a keyboard and mouse. Runs games smoothly and with high resolution. Best affordable option out there.

I bought this pc, and it came well packed and arrived on time. I plugged it to a monitor and plugged it into the wall. CPU fan spun, but no other sign of life. Wouldn’t even go into bios. After 3 hours of testing, I came to the conclusion of a defective/ incompatible motherboard. The 5600g with the mobo were not compatible. Switched to intel mobo/cpu. No big deal if you have a big budget. Just be careful. Other than that, really good computer all around. ... show more

I ordered the black version, the 6-core processor one. There was a free PCIe slot inside this mini PC, which was great for my needs. I use this PC as a streaming/secondary PC, so I can stick an Elgato 4K60 capture card inside. Note, the black PC doesn't come with the glass panel, only black holes on both sides. There are 2 USB ports in the front, and a few more in the back. There's also a USB C port as well in the back. This thing is VERY silent. Like, RAZOR SILENT. I can't hear anything, and I sit right next to it when I'm using the PC. I can only hear a very soft "hum" if I press my ears into the computer. The only problem, however, occurred when I opened it up -- to put it bluntly, it was a mess! The CPU cooler was completely torn off, radiator fans spilled out the case immediately after I took off the side panels, and the worst part -- the PC didn't turn on! No power when I plugged in the power cable. As disappointed as I was, I talked to Amazon tech support, and asked for a replacement. I was able to get a new one sent to me in 2 days. Talk about fast shipping! The Amazon tech explained to me what might've happened: I got sent a returned PC. And it was returned because of the issues. So, once I got the replacement, I was happy! This second package had a fully working PC with no loose parts. So far, so good! I wouldn't do any serious gaming on this PC, it wouldn't handle 4K 120fps, but at the same time, you know what you're getting into in this price range. I was tempted to build my own MicroATX PC, but I'm glad there are great (and affordable) options on the market. This is 100% worth it imo. Another note: I HIGHLY recommend installing the included wifi antennas. The internet on the motherboard is very slow. Also, if you have more money, I'd recommend getting the white edition. Very good build quality, came with a better board than what was shown same goes for the fans to. This case also has airflow for days. Only real gripe was the zip ties used to cable manage were way to tight, was putting a ton of pressure on some of the connectors. And whoever built this actually enabled the xmp in the bios most prebuilts on the market won't do that. So all in all it's a great system can't beat the price,one of the best on the market currently. ... show more
