I bought this mattress while skeptical but it’s great! Very soft and comfortable, expanded to full size like original photo with NO saggy edges. I’m a side sleeper and I need to hug a pillow and I finally no longer wake up with a numb shoulde/arm (lol) I gave only 4 stars because I am a hot box and need air flow, and this mattress gets pretty warm at night, I just make sure to use temp control sheets. It is also a little difficult to get up/adjust spots because you do sink a little.

I've had this bed for a good while now... it's meant to be 14 inches and... well you can see for yourselves. Nobody has touched it, sat on it or otherwise. I've opened it and left alone for days and days (over a week) and this is as good as it seems to get. There's a permanent crease down center where it is also tented from being folded in half and then compressed via vacuum packing. The corners are near completely flat and not one part of the mattress has risen passed what it did when I opened it. I couldn't tell you if it's comfortable or not because it's not possible to lay on in it's current condition. And it being a vacuum sealed mattress, there's no way to get it back into its box by hand to send it back for a refund. Avoid this, seriously. It will break your wallet, your back and your sanity.

Great value for the price. The mistake I made was not waiting long enough for the mattress to unfold. It takes a full 72 hours for optimal comfort. It’s quite comfortable, when given the appropriate amount of time to expand.

My old mattress was a hybrid mattress and every time I sit or lay down on it, it would always make sounds. It became very soft and would make my body sore so I decided to get a new one. After looking at many new mattresses, I decided to get this one. When it arrived, my first thought was that it was extremely heavy. 2 of my family members had to help bring this to my room. After sleeping it for a very days, my body was never sore. I think that this mattress has very high quality and its worth the price.

Their is nothing soft about this bed. I got it because I read the reviews that said it was sooo comfortable. I had a spinal fusion about 6 months ago and this bed makes my hands go numb. Completely out of alignment. Your spine is suppose to curve not lay on a flat hard surface, that pinches nerves.... Its a piece of foam, very firm so that might work well for some. And Amazon will not take it back, well, they will if you find a way to shrink it back up and put it in a box for them. I am not strong enough to lift this mattress and pack it. So I'm stuck with it. I'll get a couple mattress toppers, but if you need ANY cushion at all, i mean any.... get something else.
