I’m really happy with this mattress topper. It arrived well packaged in a long box and was easy to unpack and set up. Once opened, it expanded quickly and fit perfectly on my mattress. The material feels soft but still supportive. After putting it on the bed, I immediately noticed the difference in comfort. It adds a nice cushion layer without being too soft. If I could rate the zero stars I would. I do not do negative reviews unless they’re very very, very bad. This mattress is quite literally fabric and springs. There is nothing in between the mattress that provides any sort of support. When you sit on this, you can feel the slats on the other side of the bed. It is uncomfortable, there’s no support, I won’t even donate it to somebody. I’m taking it to a landfill and I hate taking things to landfills, but that’s how bad this mattress is. ... show more

The mattress came in a good package and was easy to set up once in place. It's on the softer side while still supportive but firmness is very subjective. It was more difficult to move around because it doesn't have any handles/straps sewn in like many of our other mattresses.
