This is a very bad mattress it says medium firm but I don't feel any firmness at all My back still hurts and I've been losing nights asleep. I can't return it so I got a partial refund I might have to buy another mattress and then throw this one away. I guess it's a good mattress if you want soft no firmness whatsoever. It's going in the garbage.

It’s firm yet soft like a very dense cloud! I would have given 5 stars but we’ve had it about a week and 3 of the 4 corners still seem kind of smooshed. Not a huge deal, doesn’t affect sleep but it’s a bit annoying.

I ordered a king size, the mattress came in a box, rolled up and vacuum sealed. Place it on the bed, open the plastic seal and about 30min it grown up to 90%, watch it grow into a very comfortable, stable mattress! There is no need for a box spring under this mattress, place it on a platform-type bed and get a great night's rest! I love this mattress. No "chemical" smells at all. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable mattress! This bed is just the right amount of soft and firm to keep you asleep.

Their is nothing soft about this bed. I got it because I read the reviews that said it was sooo comfortable. I had a spinal fusion about 6 months ago and this bed makes my hands go numb. Completely out of alignment. Your spine is suppose to curve not lay on a flat hard surface, that pinches nerves.... Its a piece of foam, very firm so that might work well for some. And Amazon will not take it back, well, they will if you find a way to shrink it back up and put it in a box for them. I am not strong enough to lift this mattress and pack it. So I'm stuck with it. I'll get a couple mattress toppers, but if you need ANY cushion at all, i mean any.... get something else.
