This is my 2nd time purchasing foam mattress from Amazon. I got a different brand last time. This foam mattress is great, sold by Amazon company. This foam mattress is not soft, it's more like medium to firm mattress. If you are looking for a soft foam mattress, don't buy this one. I work at the restaurant everyday and am looking for something medium to firm foam mattress helping soothing my back muscle, therefore this one works perfect for me. Had been sleep on this mattress for 2 weeks and feeling good the next day morning. Quality is good and it came as compressed and it does need a few days to be fully expanded to normal size. Fabric is smooth as week. It's great value compare to other expensive Americans brand mattress.

Mattress came in a box wrapped tightly in plastic. Once unwrapped it bounced into shape and took on the full shape after about 48 hours, although you could sleep on it sooner. It is a firm mattress so if you need a little cushion you may consider a padded mattress pad to add it to. Overall, I think it’s a good value and a nice quality mattress.

This mattress was comfortable for the first couple of months and then my back starting hurting so bad every night. This mattress is very firm, a lot firmer than I had expected it to be. I have only had this mattress for a little over a year and already had to buy a new one. Don't waste your money!

I gave it a three-star because I order it a 12-inches and got 9.5 inches and the bed had a smell. The pictures is what the bed look like 7 hours after I unravel it. The reviews that saying that the bed was hard, that's because they had the bed on the wrong side. it's hard to tell which side is the bottom because the bed is very flat once you unravel it. The zipper should be on the right side at the foot of the bed and the tag should be on the left side at the foot of the bed. I could have slept on it after 7 hours but I really want to wait two more days for it to fully expand so that way I wouldn't slow down the expand.

I genuinely hoped to love this mattress—especially since tossing a brand-new one after just 90 days feels like a real waste—but unfortunately, I can’t. Even now, it hasn’t fully expanded from its shipping box. The center measures about 12 inches, but the ends are only around 8 inches high. While that might be tolerable if I stick to sleeping in the center, the real problem is the firmness. Although it’s impressively lightweight, it’s also firm to the point of causing back pain for both me and my girlfriend—an issue we never had with our previous mattress or other mattresses. Regrettably, this one’s headed for the landfill, and I’m out a few hundred Washington's. I’ll be searching for a replacement that’s not quite as firm as sleeping on a wood floor with a throw rug.
