I LOVE this baby shampoo. It's gentle for your baby, won't irritate sensitive skin, rinses well and doesn't leave a residue, smells just delightful without being all ick and perfumey, and this is a great deal! This will be on our subscribe and save list for as long as we have little ones using it. The Amazon price is incredible, and 3 18-oz bottles will last you a LONG time because a little bit of this soap goes a long way. Your baby will have soft, smooth skin and I found it even cleared up the eczema of the boy I nannied (my own baby hasn't had those issues) and didn't irritate other random rashes he'd develop from time to time. I personally don't, but adults with sensitive skin could definitely use this as body wash, too! I definitely recommend trying a small bottle first, just to make sure you like it, but then when you love it (and you will!) put this on your subscribe and save at 6 months and skip a shipment if you need to. We used Aveeno on the advice of our pediatrician from birth until my son was three. It is a fantastic all over body wash and shampoo. It never made him cry if he got it in his eyes. I would even use it for the bubbles in his bath. It is very lightly scented. It never dried out his skin. I found it a lot less expensive to buy it online than in the store. I only stopped using it when my son was old enough to complain that this was Baby Shampoo and that he was a Big Boy and could pick out his own. I decided to pick my battles and let him have this one. Not only did it clear up his eczema, but it cleaned him thoroughly and lathered nicely for easy cleaning at bath time. Let me start with this product works. I used it once and it does, but it must have been my sleep deprivation, and I let my guard down because of the great reviews. I usually read the labels on everything. I also wrongly assumed that Aveeno was a more natural company. This product has SLS and other ingredients that I can not pronounce. I will not use this anymore on my little ones. I therefore have 2 brand new bottles and 1 with 99% of it still left. =( ... show more

When it comes to a baby wash and/or shampoo, you need to know it is not only gentle, but actually cleans without drying out skin or just masking odor. Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo does it all. Everything else we used on my one-month old son was resulting in dryness and flaking. Immediately after switching to Aveeno, his skin and scalp is smooth, his hair soft, and he even smells great without being overpowering. I bought this for my infant son who has eczema (he has a prescription steroid cream for his skin) that has moved into his scalp. It did not help the eczema disappear and I thought it was a bit drying. We only wash his hair about once a week to try and avoid over-drying, but it didn't help. After some research, my husband and I chose the Aveeno baby wash because, of the more popular brands, it contained the least amount of potentially harmful chemicals. We've been using it for our little baby girl since she came home from the hospital 7 weeks ago. It has a very soft clean smell to it.
