Made to look and feel lifelike, the stunning realism of the tree is defined by its close attention to detail, featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips that make up the wide, full-bodied branches that create space for your lights and ornaments. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This fantastically festive tree is strung with 600 white UL lights prior to packaging and includes a sturdy, metal base for a more convenient setup. This Carolina pine is less than 30 inches at the widest point, which makes it ideal for a tight corner. With a little fluffing of the branches it can look almost as full as in the stock photo. I think it could use a few more branches at the top tho. Branches are a combination of two types of PVC (95 %) and PE, providing depth and texture, and there's small pine cones scattered all over, which gives the tree a more natural, interesting appearance. The LED lights are a warm white and each section has its own plug that connects to the lower section. No options to dim or change colors. My new tree came missing the pole cap that would support the tree top. I notified the company and 2 weeks later a pole cap arrived and it’s the wrong part. I again tried to call the company, but never got to speak to a person so I sent them an email, no response, send 2nd email, and again no response. Sent 3rd email and got a response that new part would be sent. It arrived onDec 22, and again it was the wrong part. The 1st part didn’t fit into the pole, the 2nd part was now too small and just fell into the pole. DISGUSTED at this point. My tree can’t be touched or the top wobbles and tree even toppled over and ornaments broke, ones that can never be replaced, just cried. ... show more

I am very sad to be writing this, because in another circumstance this review would be going in the exact opposite direction. We had trouble locating a tree that would work in our space until we found this one. It came around mid December and we excitedly began to construct it when we found a large segment of the tree didn't turn on and it appeared to be severed or even rat chewed. The kids having their heart set on the tree and so excited about Christmas we decided to call Amazon for help, perhaps National Tree would replace the coil given it came out like this? They haven't contacted us. Our only move would be to return the tree 8 days before Christmas and buy a different brand. Terrible customer service and packaging of what would have been an amazingly beautiful tree. ... show more

This was very pathetic for a slim tree. It was not slim. It was a pencil tree. Half the lights did not work, it barely was strong enough to him ribbon and would move like it was going to fall over if even touched. I took it down and through it away . I was not sent a return slip or anything. They made it hard to return and I am old. I had to go to Lowe’s to get a slim and it’s the kind when you connect the lights all come on and they work. The tree is stable. LOVE LOWES TREE it will LAST for years. ... show more

I paid over $200 for this tree! It was not worth $100. The way it was packaged (sloppy) caused the branch ends to crimp and bend in about 15 different places. I spent a lot of time trying to straighten them out, but it didn't really work. Then, the way the lights were wrapped all the way to the ends of some of the branches, did not permit them to expand outward. It looks nothing like the perfection you see in the photo that is used to sell this. Yes, it is tall, yes it is full, but looks cheap and sloppy due to packaging. What a disappointment! I am retired and my husband is laid off due to covid, $221 does not come easy. I will never buy something like this from Amazon again, where returning it would be a nightmare in and of itself. ... show more

Great tree. Took a while to fluff up but one it was done looked great. Nice and narrow so fits in areas where you don’t have much space. Full of nice lights. Would highly recommend.

I really love this tree! It's so beautiful and full. It has several different types of branches/needles and a good amount of lights. It didn't come with extra bulbs in case you need to replace any. It was easy to assemble and the base holds the tree up fine. I was a little disappointed at the price because after I bought it, local.stores had it for about $40 dollars cheaper. I paid over $150. Hopefully it lasts for at least 5-7 years! ... show more

The tree is pretty but half the lights burned out after about a month of use. Without the lights, a fake Christmas tree is just a fake tree. I tried the product support line and after holding for a long time - with several recorded messages telling me how important my call was to them, a voice came on the line saying "Goodbye".
