While this is an effective Anti-itch remedy, the cap came off in shipping and made a small mess inside the padded envelope. I will keep the product because only about 1/10th of the cream was lost in shipping. Took off one star for messy shipping.

We will never be without this great product. It immediately stops the itch of insect bites which makes it indispensable in our home. It's great for other itching as well - hives, rash, etc. I trust Aveeno products, and this is one we will always have around.

Used to come in a tube, same formula. Best stuff I have found for bug bites and poison ivy. Doesn't smell the best but kills the itch I'll live with the smell. Couldn't find it in any off the local stores (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, or Target) found it on here and ordered right away.
