I use the Light Shampoo. I do not have any damage and do not color my fine thinning hair. It gives body and does not weigh my hair down. I use the Texturizing Spray as well.

Poured out of the bottle like a liquid lotion and does not lather at all. Very hard to spread over head unless you use a ton. Too expensive and hard to get hair clean.
