This is my wife's favorite shampoo. She says it makes her hair feel soft and healthy and smells great. You pay a little more but she says it's worth it and it will last her about six months. The only negative comment she had is that she wishes it came with a pump.

My hair responds best to Aveda products because of the protein. I could only find it in salons - and, now, Amazon. This bottle is far too large for what I need.; therefore, it is heavy to use. I would prefer a smaller bottle. I would have preferred a pump dispenser.

This is a great product. The outside of the cardboard shipping box looked fine. However, the bottom of the bottle was cracked. I saved most of it and put it in my empty Aveda bottle. It seems to just be the luck of the draw when ordering liquid items in plastic bottles.

This stuff smells marvelous! I ordered it only because I was watching the Frasier show and it was mentioned as the scent used by Daphne. I know if sounds odd, but I'm on some "goofy" meds as I'm entering the hospital tomorrow. The shampoo bottle was open inside of a box and inside another bag....but it leaked all inside the bag and there is no getting it back in the bottle. That's a bother when it happens to me when traveling but even more of a bother when I paid more than I normally do for shampoo to give me a little emotional boost before entering the hospital. Still...I assume I will be smelling like Daphne when they put me under :) So there is that. ... show more
