The treatment is a rich liquid that was easy to apply to my dry hair. I love that this goes on dry hair, making it so convenient. I applied it to my hair and left it on longer than the recommended 5-10 minutes, closer to 30 min, and then I used my regular shampoo and conditioner. I was impressed with the results. My hair was smoother, bouncier, and softer. It didn’t weigh down my hair and my hair just looked healthier. The price is a concern, but used weekly, as recommended, I think this will last quite a long time. Great product - great results!

This is my first time using a pre-shampoo bonding product. The first thing I noticed is the floral scent. I'm not extremely picky with fragrance, but I did not care for the scent of this Aveda product. It reminds me of a gardenia and rose combined, but with a slightly spoiled hint to it. It's just not pleasant in my opinion. It's also very expensive at $56.00 per bottle-especially taking into account that regular shampoo and conditioner is recommended to be used after this product is applied. With that being said, it does coat my hair nicely, and it makes my hair feel soft and smooth.

I have very fine hair that tangles easily and has almost no volume. I got this treatment product because my hair stylist recommended it. I don’t like products that you have to leave on your hair for a long time before rinsing out so this is perfect for me. It’s easy to apply and it only has to stay on the hair for five minutes before shampooing. The formula has some great ingredients in it to strengthen, protect, and detangle the hair and after using it my hair looks and feels very silky and easy to comb through. I use this once a week per my hair stylist’s advice and I am very happy with the results. If you have fine hair or hair that needs some help I would definitely recommend trying this pre-shampoo treatment.

Before going in the shower, I tried putting this into my hair. It does go in really easily with the gel solution. I never tried a pre-shampoo before, and this was easy enough to use. I do like it is vegan and mostly all natural ingredients. I had a lot of issue with my hair, so I've been very consciences about what products I put in my hair. I do have straight hair, and this definitely gave some volume. It is quite pricey though and the whole set including shampoo and others will set you back a bit. I don't think it needs to be used every time, maybe once or twice a week. So far, the results have been pleasant.

This shampoo did a fabulous job of repairing my damaged hair from over drying and using high heat curling iron. The shampoo also repaired split ends and get rid of frizzes in my hair to give them a shiner appearance. I ran my fingers through my hair and they felt silky-soft and so smooth when using this product. This product also hydrates and nourishes my head and scalp to give it a soothing and calming sensation that felt wonderful. I can feel that my hair follicles are thicker and stronger while growing back healthier than it ever did before. This product is made with high-quality ingredients that doesn’t cause discomforts or irritations for me. This shampoo is great as it gave me hair that are so glossy while adding volume to them and bringing them back to life.
