    • Short persons bedroom chair
Bargain price and basic chair. A bit smaller than expected... I'm short, it works... Feet touch the ground but it's also fairly narrow. Cushion basic. Not for lounging in for long period of time. Good bedroom chair to have handy.

    • Extremely Disappointed
I purchased this chair believing the company would honor their return policy as stated on the website. After assembling and setting in the chair I realized it was way too short for me. I am 5’ 5” and my head hung over the back and my feet hung over the foot rest. I kept it for a couple weeks hoping I could figure out how to put pillows at the head, foot, and in the open arm spaces to make it comfortable. That didn’t work and I discovered when I tried to fully recline I had to keep pressure on the back for it to stay reclined. The arms are very uncomfortable due to lack of padding and when the chair is reclined my arms dropped down into the open space between the arm and back of chair, creating another uncomfortable situation. I finally decided this was not going to work for me and requested a return. My return was approved and therefore I prepped to return. The company then sent me a text and requested I tell them what was wrong with the chair to see if they could fix it. I explained the above reasons for my return and was sent another text informing me I would have to pay the return shipping costs since it was not a defect in the chair. Then they sent me their return policy (which was not on the website) stating unless it was a quality defect the customer pays shipping cost. They offered me a $15.00 refund to keep the chair. After a couple text back and forth they said they would give me a $30.00 refund to keep the chair. The chair does not do what it says on the website, which is to promote blood circulation (it actually cuts off the circulation, relaxes muscles, etc. plus the fact it won’t stay reclined without pressure. They refused to pay for the return shipping. I finally decided it was not worth my frustration to try and continue to deal with them. I will get rid of the chair and will never purchase from this company again and I would not recommend them. I do understand some reviews are very positive regarding the chair. I believe if you are not over 5’ it may be comfortable and it is a very nice looking chair. ... show more

Looks nothing like the picture, footrest is extremely stiff and is barely functional. Tried to return it, UPS and Fedex both charge $75 for that. Extreme waste of money buyer beware.
