The media could not be loaded. If you are ambidextrous and are skilled at this sort of assembly you can assemble this by yourself, otherwise you may need a third hand. NOTE: Do not tighten the screws that attach the panels to the legs until after the assembly is attached securely to the top. This will help with proper alignment of the panels and legs. The instructions are not the greatest but there are enough pictures to get the panels and legs properly orientated. This is a heavy box and there was some shifting. A couple of the panel edges were slightly bent but were easily fixed. Can be used with or without the glass windbreak. The flame height is adjustable. This fire pit puts out a lot of heat and looks great.

Had settled on a much more expensive option that ultimately was on back order so purchased this. That was as a savings of over $200 and I could not be happier our first choice was unavailable. The challenge was putting the unit together. The instructions were fine and useful but it did take some time and as well as some backtracking to get some screws to line up. The included glass makes this unit look much classier than others similar in style. It feels solid and the ignition system is easy to use. Adjustable flame is a plus for when you don’t want to generate so much heat output. Assembly requires time but the inclusion of the glass wind guard, cover, nice looking glass media makes this a bargain compared to a bunch of units we compared. Would purchase again.

Gods looking unit. Pretty easy to assemble although having two people helps. Metal walls will dent or scratch if not careful when putting it together. No issues once assembled as it works well so far.

Came w a broken piece (the ring that holds the gas tank in place under the table), company at first offered me $20 refund on an almost $400 product, I think not. Ended up getting an entire new replacement table and told to keep the broken table. Not the best quality components/metal is thin and flimsy but looks decent when all put together. But I’ve been having issues lighting it, it wldnt light at first then messed w it and got it to light, then u put the glass rocks in and it won’t light, take glass rocks out mess arnd w it get it lighting again a couple times put glass back in and it won’t light again ... frustrating, going to try the top that came w the “ replacement” table see if that works better and if not it’s going back!!

The media could not be loaded. First night on the patio. The heat range is wonderful and the glass shield makes a HUGE difference! If you want drinks to stay cool on the table, get a fire-table with the wind shield like this one. The metal siding scratches easily, so don't make the mistake we did... be sure to assemble on a protected surface if you care about scratches. I was worried that 20" wasn't wide enough and considered another brand at 24", but I am happy with the dimensions of this table. The depth to fire on the long edge is 6"... wide enough for beverages, feet or smores ingredient, but not a dinner or salad plate.

The first one we received came in a heavily damaged box. Unfortunately, several pieces were damaged. The seller offered a replacement or a 50% discount. We opted for a replacement. The second one came in an undamaged box with no dents. It took my husband about 30 minutes to fully assemble it. We hooked it up to the gas and it lighted just fine. Unfortunately, we were in the midst of the 4th biggest snowstorm of all time, so we haven’t really used it yet. The style is great and we are happy that it came with the wind guard, metal lid, glass rocks and furniture cover. The only adverse comments I have are that the tiles are more beige than grey and that the center tiles on each end do not meet the metal edging (see picture). We will fix that with some black caulking of some sort. This fire pit was the exact measurements we were looking for and had all the extras, so overall it was a good purchase.

Works as described. In my opinion, it could have been build with better material. Auto fire light was not connected and we did not realize until unit was put together. In the instructions it did not even tell you were it went. After taking apart to find out where this part connected, and put back together, it works fine. Lighting the fire is a little complicated, but once you figure it out, no problems.
