Really nice product. Needs to be cooled this external fan. Seems to always give me more than it was rated. The power supplies get hot and they also need to be cooled with external fan.. otherwise a perfectly good product. You can use the Amazon gigabit USB adapter instead of the Wi-Fi adapter that it comes with. This works better. ... show more

    • A decent product with huge flaws
this thing has a few glaring problems 1. It gets hot. too hot. i worry it will die. 2. You cant configure it fully over web. They force you to use the mobile app. This alone makes me lower it to a 2 star product. There is no reason this is necessary, they just make you do it.

worked great for about a month then the usb-c port where the power plugs in melted. Can not even unplug it from the device now. it welded the plug into it.
