I would have given this 5 stars except the sprayer is made of plastic. The fittings and hose are metal and well made, but the plastic sprayer handle takes away from the overall quality. It was very easy to install. No leaks at all with one go. The shutoff is opposite of what you’d expect. Off is handle in line with fitting; on is handle at right angle to fitting. Overall very happy with the look and performance of this sprayer. Price was very reasonable and shipping was fast.

There were complaints in other reviews about these leaking, but I haven't had any issues in the couple of months that I've been using it. I do turn off the valve every time I'm done with it because if the horror stories in done if the other reviews. My wife doesn't, though, and it hasn't burst yet, so it'll probably be fine. When I installed it, I did not use any of the Teflon tape that it came with. The seal is created by the washers, and if those leak, the Teflon tape isn't going to help you because it's going to leak out of the swivel, not the threads. But clearly the seller is trying to be responsive to the other reviewers because some of them were complaining about it not coming with Teflon tape, so they added some in. I'm taking one star off on the "easy to install" rating because there was one component, I think the hose, that seems like it should be able to work either way around but doesn't. I had to take it off and turn it around. I mostly use this for spraying poop out of cloth diapers. Sometimes if I have a particularly messy poop myself and I think I'm going to have one of those wipe, wipe, wipe and still get poop situations, I'll use this on myself. It's not heated so it's not particularly pleasant, but then again neither is wiping and risking getting poop on your hands. I'm giving it 3 stars for "softness", but then if the spray was soft it probably wouldn't so it's job - I'm not sure why Amazon thinks "softness" should be an attribute here. The most annoying thing I've found about using this is that with the way I installed it, the hose will sometimes get under the valve from the wall and I won't be able to pull it all the way out. I could probably figure out a way to fix that, but apparently I'm lazy. Either way, 5 stars for the sprayer and 3 stars for me.

I recently visited India and really developed a joy for their toilet sprayers. This was super easy to connect to my toilet, and was quick to assemble. Instructions were clear and easy. It was four settings, which is nice, but I wish the “bubble” setting was a little gentler on my parts. That’s the only reason I gave this four stars. But I seriously love it.

I grew up in Saudi where every bathroom has a sprayer. It was a luxury that I absolutely missed after I moved to the US. I was using a water can for years till today. I thought installing a sprayer in the bathroom would require some hard plumbing work. I was wrong, it was a simple and quick job that took me less than 10 minutes and it was ready to go. I am so happy that I finally have this in my bathroom. 🥹 I’m going to keep an eye to see if there’s any leak. I recommend turning off the water if you worry about it leaking or if you’re gone out for awhile.

So the hose and rubber parts (rubber washers) were poor quality but great thing is they included extra washers in the pack. While installing one washer tore off so after the installation there was a leak around the t valve but I used the extra one provided and leak was fixed. Other than that its a pretty good quality we only used it for a week by now let’s see how it goes in a long run.
