You need a bidet!
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
At first I wanted a bidet that attached under the seat, but those are not actually one size fits all. It's not as graceful to have to squat forward and aim, but in the end, all I care about is having the cleanest butt on the block. With the hand held sprayer, I can easily clean underwear when my potty trainee toddler doesn't make it to the potty in time. The water is cold, but my butt doesn't seem to mind. Installation was a piece of cake. I was waiting for my husband to install it, but he was dragging his feet because, apparently, having a mega clean anus was not as high on his priority list as was on mine. I'm sure as soon as he tries it, he'll realize how great it is to be so dang clean. It took 15 minutes to install. I did have to redo a part. I installed it and then found a black rubber circle randomly in the box. The instructions didn't mention it. I turned on the water and it was leaking at the highest connection place... Where it connects to the tank. I took that part off and added the rubber thingy and then connected it again and it was fine. I like that you can turn the water off to the sprayer when not in use. I have a mischievous toddler that would certainly "clean" my entire bathroom with the sprayer if I couldn't easily turn it off. Edited to add that I am ordering a second one. We moved to a house with two bathrooms and I definitely want one in each bathroom. The first one I ordered is still working great in the new house in my master bathroom, but that bathroom has the weakest WIFI signal, soooo...it's not the best bathroom to do my business. Can't wait until I don't have to choose between a clean butt and strong WIFI. ... show more

Easy to install - works great!
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
Easy to install, works great. I have had one of these for several years and never a problem. Installed two more in a different house last week. Install was quick. I had one leak, which was due to an mis-seated washer (my fault) which I quickly corrected. One of them has less pressure that the other, but that is due to the plumbing of the house, not this unit. Planning to get more - I want these wherever I, uh, use the bathroom. :-) ... show more

Great when installed.
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
I live in Thailand and the USA and I started using a bidet sprayer over in Thailand. I looked for a sprayer at the local home stores to no avail. When I found this on Amazon I was excited. It was a little more difficult to install on my toilet because of the toilets design. The sprayer works great and is visually pleasing. Only complaint it the valve should have been made to fit at the wall instead of the toilet tank. ... show more

Does the Job
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
We have now bought this product 3 separate times, spaced out. Our first we bought sometime in 2022, then when we moved, we bought one for our second bathroom in early 2024. We just bought it for a third time a few weeks ago, because once we had moved, o our original leaked a little from the handle, which is not the fault of the company, just to what happens when you move inexpensive plumbing fixtures. Each of the versions we ordered were slightly different and modified from before. Our favorite was the original bought in 2022, followed by the one we just bought a week ago, and the worst one was the one we bought early 2024. Keep in mind that the reviews you see may be for a different rendition of the product you receive. In general, the product is of decent quality for the price, has a powerful spray, and we love that it has the valve to turn off the water to the hose. We haven’t had issues with ours leaking at all, minus the one that we moved to a new house. Even if we don’t turn the valve off, ours haven’t leaked. These are so useful for cleaning your bathroom, spraying out mop buckets into the toilet, filling up mop buckets, etc. the use far expands from just being a bidet. We love the flexibility and functionality. We do highly recommend this! ... show more

Doesn't leak
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
There were complaints in other reviews about these leaking, but I haven't had any issues in the couple of months that I've been using it. I do turn off the valve every time I'm done with it because if the horror stories in done if the other reviews. My wife doesn't, though, and it hasn't burst yet, so it'll probably be fine. When I installed it, I did not use any of the Teflon tape that it came with. The seal is created by the washers, and if those leak, the Teflon tape isn't going to help you because it's going to leak out of the swivel, not the threads. But clearly the seller is trying to be responsive to the other reviewers because some of them were complaining about it not coming with Teflon tape, so they added some in. I'm taking one star off on the "easy to install" rating because there was one component, I think the hose, that seems like it should be able to work either way around but doesn't. I had to take it off and turn it around. I mostly use this for spraying poop out of cloth diapers. Sometimes if I have a particularly messy poop myself and I think I'm going to have one of those wipe, wipe, wipe and still get poop situations, I'll use this on myself. It's not heated so it's not particularly pleasant, but then again neither is wiping and risking getting poop on your hands. I'm giving it 3 stars for "softness", but then if the spray was soft it probably wouldn't so it's job - I'm not sure why Amazon thinks "softness" should be an attribute here. The most annoying thing I've found about using this is that with the way I installed it, the hose will sometimes get under the valve from the wall and I won't be able to pull it all the way out. I could probably figure out a way to fix that, but apparently I'm lazy. Either way, 5 stars for the sprayer and 3 stars for me. ... show more

Quality control is iffy.
Color: Handheld Sprayer Kit
The first unit I received sprayed water all over my bathroom. I read through the customer reviews for tips on fixing the seal. I tried a whole variety of installation combinations with and without teflon tape, moving the rubber washers around, doubling up on washers, hand tightening, tightening with a wrench... nothing seemed to work. I reached out to the seller and ordered a replacement for what I assumed to be a defective, leaky t-adapter. During this period of waiting for the replacement to be delivered, I tried to buy new washers at the hardware store (hoping that I could improve the seal by myself). I couldn't find any washers to fit! This replacement had problems of its own, but I FINALLY got it working without any leaks. The threading seems to be messed up and it was screwing onto my toilet crooked at an angle, so the washer couldn't get a good seal. Additionally, I noticed that the washers that came with my second product were a bit bigger. They fit better into the adapter than the washers that came with the first product. So I guess fingers crossed that they ship you the washers that fit, or else good luck finding them at a hardware store! Now that it's finally installed: be prepared for cold water! I knew when I purchased this that it only had cold hookup, I'm not complaining because I knew what I was buying. I'm just saying that I thought I was strong enough to handle a little cold water on my tushy, but wooo it's cold! ... show more
