Got these to easily upgrade lights in my 2004 corvette. Watch the videos on YouTube because there’s no need to dissemble your light housing. You can hand insert these. It takes about 4 minutes each side and 3-4 times as bright as stock. When i was driving ip the oregon coast at night i had to follow another car cause corvette stock light are as weak as the flashlight you give your kindergartners on a camping trip ... show more

I received these lights and installed them on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. As for the lights themselves, they seem to be good quality. They were easy to install, only issue I had with one of them was that I had to loosen the headlight assembly all the way out to get it into the light housing. But other than that, simple. Once installed, I was highly impressed by how bright these lights were. Especially next to my stock halogens, it was a huge difference. It was close to night time when I started the installation so when I was done, of course I wanted to take a ride down the road for a test drive. Once again, highly impressed, and excited to finally have some good, bright headlights. I was wondering what took me so long to get them. By the way, I ordered and installed the 9006 and the 9005’s (both low and high beams). BUT........(now I have to get to the downside of my purchase), as I was driving down the road I turned on my radio and realized the reception was terrible. I didn’t think much about it at first but then I realized that the radio was fine before I installed these lights. I drove home and googled LED headlights and radio reception and quickly learned that some LED headlights can interfere with radio reception. Disappointed, I started searching for solutions to the problem. The next day I contacted Auxbeam’s customer service by email and asked if there was something I could do or did I just need to return them. I had a response by the end of the day so I didn’t have to wait long. Unfortunately it wasn’t the news or response that I was hoping for because I really did like the lights. But, they told me they didn’t know of anything I could do to fix the problem and that it would be better for me to just return the item. They said if I had any problems returning it to contact them back and they would handle the return for me. SO........as far as the headlights, I gave them 4 stars because of the interference problem, had it not been for the interference it would have easily been 5. And I will say that Auxbeam’s customer service was pretty quick to respond, helpful, and mostly in my opinion, honest. They didn’t try to feed me a bunch of bull in order for me to keep them. Now as far as the longevity of these lights, obviously I didn’t have them in for longer than a 24 hour period so I can’t say. But I will repeat myself when I say these were nice and bright. Anywho, I hesitated on writing this review because I hate to deter anyone from these lights but at the same time I wanted some people to be aware of the potential problem. Incredibly bright and functional, but they simply didn't fit my AlphaRex projector lights for my 2017 RAM 1500. The rearmost segment of the bulbs stick out past where the bulb covers fit on the back of the housings. The bulbs do work however!
