In the end, this bike rack was super simple to put up on my fence and I’m very happy with the result. But at first I was very confused. The directions that came inside the package were not nearly detailed enough. I had to squint at the tiny diagrams then guess which parts go with each step. What’s more, the parts that came with it were completely overkill. You can see in the picture of the items leftover after install that I didn’t use MOST of them. For the burden of a ton of extra parts and no clear direction on how to use them, I give a 4 star rating. If they get the directions updated and provide only necessary parts, I’d give a 5. I am really looking forward to their functionality now that they’re up! ... show more

Great bike rack, Like others have said, it comes with NO directions to assemble is the only negative. Just refer to the picture of it and you will be fine assembling it.

I'll revise this review once I figure out how to assemble it by looking at the pictures on the sale page. Mine didn't come with any assembly instructions; only "how to mount your bike" instructions.

The brackets came without instructions on how to install. I literally looked at all of the pictures and went from there. I did get them up and our bikes hung, but the hardware I did use was cheap…AND I have hardware that I could not figure out what to do with. I just hope these things stay in the wall! ... show more

Functionally this bike hanger works. I put two of my scooters on them. One is 30 LBs and the other is over 40 LBs. They seem secure and I like the helmet hooks that come with the box. But the package didn’t include any instructions and they put so many useless/excessive hardware to make you confused initially. One of the holes didnt fit the screws included and I had to get a smaller sized screw myself. I hope the seller can improve on these aspects. ... show more
