I wasn’t expecting them but they look a little different for work shoes but they are comfortable and even came with inserts for more soft and comfortable feet but I need to put in some Oder-eaters and they cushion my feet fine. These are called waterproof. I’m sure they are but only as far as walking through a puddle or something. I wouldn’t trust them to keep your feet dry in standing water. They are far from boots. They’re a little hard and rigid but are sturdy. If you need the steel toe, you probably already know they aren’t going to be running shoes and will be a little clunky. They’re about as comfy as you’d expect steel toe type work boots to be. The color options are ok and they seem well made and sewn together well. They do look like I’ll get a lot of use and they will last a long time. I don’t think I’d wear them all day every day though. On a scale of 1-10 of comfort they’re probably a 5 ... show more

First things first: these shoes/boots are great, but, to me, I had to add the insoles for the comfort, that is ME. But honestly, the shoes/boots are great. I work In construction, water is always on the to do list, so, I have not got any wets socks at all, of course, I am not drawning then is the water.
