The first time I used these the pads didn't stick very well. The trick, I found, it to mist the pad(s) with a spray bottle before applying. New pads with the water stick delightfully well on flatter surfaces on your body. I still struggle a bit to keep them on my neck/shoulder area. They are reusable, but of course they don't stick as well or as long after the first use even with cleaning in between and using the spray. They transfer energy from the TENS unit very well and offer great pain relief.

These are larger and much better than those that came with the TENS machine. Stickier and thicker - should give more uses before replacement. Pack of 20 didn't cost very much and should last a long time.
