After using a biscuit joiner for years and not wanting to upgrade to a bigger better joiner, I chose to buy this tool and I could not be happier. I use this more than I have ever used my joiner as the tool is quick and easy to use for joining wood together, especially to make panels. With appropriate glue up and clamping, panels are sturdy and flat. It does require you to mark a drill bit with tape or other to insure adequate depth. The two sides are never even. This fails to find the center, everytime. Even ensuring the 'thin' side is on the same side of the board doesn't result in accurate holes. I may have a bad version, but pretty sure it's going back. I'll mess with it a bit more and update, but you're money is better spent elsewhere. ... show more
