I love the fact that it has a drainage pump so no need to elevate it as if it had a gravity pump. The noise level is kind of acceptable but I will not do my laundry during nights because it will definitely bother my neighbors. If you're thinking about this product, you will definitely not do laundry at night. The water pump work with one foot height, more than that you will have a lot of issues, but if you want to full drain the water you have to keep the drain hose at level 0. It can't fit maximum two small size hoodies. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase with the given price. I bought this because I didn’t have a washer/dryer in my apartment unit. It works really well but definitely need to be creative with where to put it while using. It does not have a dryer option it is just a spin option.

Product arrived earlier than expected date. Decided to test machine out same day it arrived. Upon using it there was a very loud banging coming from the washer section. Maybe a screw got loose during delivery. Reach out to company for a replacement. However there conp a ny failure to respond in real time, using computer generated questions to my problem not solving any thing. I am annoyed by this company. I bought several mini washers and sent them back I was so disappointed. This apartment mini washer the best. You pull out a large sheet from being washed totally. Soak, place it in the spinner comes out almost dry. Is incredible incredible. Of course you need to balance all of your wash in the spinner.
