I did not use the item in add it shows 2x40 amp red fuses when I received the amp it only had 1x40 amp fuse witch means a different level of power 400 watts difference big deal kinda in the car audio world but if all u need is 400 rms watts it will produce that but the one in ad was 800 rms watts they made 2 models of this amp with slightly different functions one with 1 fuse and one with 2 fuses ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I installed this amplifier in my Tesla Model Y using high level inputs to try and add some mids & highs speakers to my car. the installation was successful and the additionalspeakers are working with this amp, but unfortunately there is a very loud hissing sound when I power the amplifier on. Before selecting a song to listen to or in between songs while waiting for the music to start theres an audible hissing sound. while listening to music the hissing can still be heard, but not as much due to the music being played. I have tried turning the gain down, but I had to turn the gain down so low to completely get rid of the hissing sound that it wasn't worth having the amp connected to my speakers because the volume was very low and soft. not sure if it's due to my high level inputs or just the way this amplifier is, but I will try moving the ground around and also I might try rca converter to see if that will get rid of the hissing. ... show more

I bought amp thinking a 2000 watt amp would help push my two 12”s kicker comp r and it just keep shutting down going into protect mode about 6 different times within a hour , the amp I’m using now is a 1,100 watt amp same brand and only goes into protect mode on certain songs with big bass wouldn’t recommend maybe I got bad one idk just got my money back ... show more
