  • Nice meter for the price - working well. Seems accurate enough. Good feature set.
I have been impressed so far with this little meter. Seems to be pretty accurate and has a decent range of features that cover the basics I wanted it for very well. Decent selection of probes and gator clips. One small thing is that the stand doesn't hold it up at an angle in as sturdy a way as I would like - tends to fall back flat. ... show more

  • Great performance in a small form factor
This replaces a 20-year-old Radio Shack multimeter. It is really surprising that I could get a high-counting meter this size that has so many features -- and a readable display all at an affordable price.

  • Automatically shuts off after being on 15 minutes!
This is a great, inexpensive multimeter. It is very accurate. For tinkerers, there is a fix to reduce the amount of "bouncing" that occurs. The only negative I have with this versatile instrument is that is automatically shuts off after being on 15 minutes. It does generate a warning beep, but there is nothing you can do to stop it. It WILL shut off at 15 minutes! I have not been able to find a way to disable it... ... show more

  • Awesome Meter. Glad I paid a few extra bucks.
I wanted a cheap pocket size meter to use when my Fluke wasn't necessary. Settled on this one. It was more expensive than the really cheap ones, but you get what you pay for. Almost as fast to settle and almost as accurate as my Fluke. Not a replacement for a Fluke but close enough when real speed and accuracy don't matter. The display is Large and Bright when the Backlight is on. The probes seem to be higher quality than the ones that come with the cheapest Meters. The Temperature Probe Works fine. At the end of the day, I'm very happy that I paid a few extra bucks to get this Meter. ... show more

  • Handy pocket volt meter with lots of probes.
Perfect for hobby use. I bought.two of them for the work bench One for current measurements, the other one for voltage measurements.

  • Low Quality - Dead on Arrival
Dead on Arrival. I could get it to work if I squeezed the housing in just the right spot. Feels cheap, might be fine if you get a good copy. Mine opened, didn't turn on and back immediately. When it was on, it was measuring anywhere from 0.2 to 0.4 voltsDC on open leads. JUNK!!!

  • Nice meter - very compact and light - almost TOO light.
Meter is feature packed for the price. Nice assortment of probes included. It's very light wish it had more mass and maybe a bit larger. Otherwise A+ for the price.

  • Works well, with different probes
So far I like it... but I will say straight away, buy new probes. The probes it comes with are complete garbage. Both sets it comes with are horrible. When doing continuity testing, if you just touch the two probes together and move them the readings go all over the place and they lose connection. I thought at first it was a broken wire in one of them, but no I think it has something to do with the plating on the probes themselves. I'm not entirely sure. I am entirely sure the probes are garbage though. Other than that, it's a nice cheap little multimeter. ... show more
