The steel case is solid and heavy, and the watch has a great classic/modern look to it. A solid crystal for under $100 -- may be Hardlex, or even sapphire, but the seller neglects to say. The lume is only on the hands -- it lasts, effectively, for under an hour. The movement seems quite accurate, but I have no idea who made it. The dial is silver, not white, with a tiny date window. If I were the manufacturer, I would change the strap and strap buckle, polish the case more thoroughly, and put more lume on the hands. With these changes, this would be a great watch that they could sell for $150. No papers or odd buckle instructions enclosed, and the presentation box is very simple, if you are considering this watch for a gift. It does look great on the wrist -- it just needs more manufacturing patience and finishing to reach its full potential. Still, giving it 5 stars, as I now find myself wearing it every day. This watch does have hacking, adding to its value and accuracy. Pull the crown out to the third position for hacking. The manufacturer should include instructions with this watch. Definitely a Cartier homage look to it. A great value for a stunning, full-featured automatic. I did get a black leather alligator strap with a standard buckle to replace the original strap, and it looks great. There aren’t many homages to the Cartier Santos out there. This one has a couple of concerns. As others have mentioned the strap is useless. The spring bars are too close to the case and the winding weight feels a bit odd. It spins entirely too fast for me to be completely comfortable with it. But the watch keeps good time, looks good. It’s nice, heavy, seems to be great quality, But it is rather large. So if you don’t like a very big face that sits up high, this may not be for you.

This watch is keeping accurate time so far against the atomic clock and it has a Cartier homage-like look to it. The hour and minute hand are luminescent and it sits large on the wrist. It is not too big though and its comfortable. The band it comes with has a difficult clasp and there weren't instructions with this watch so I changed the band to a regular leather one. I am pleased with the overall purchase and the watches performance so far. The information was vague being a new item on Amazon and when I asked the question about hacking someone responded that it was a new watch. Bought this on Amazon Prime Day, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Nice looking, very elegant for the price range and nice automatic movement. The clasp is an absolute killer, ridiculous to set up and takes about 15 minutes to put on the watch and then take it off. Why do that? I'm going to replace it with a band that will most likely end up costing the same price of the watch, very disappointing. ... show more
