This is not my first robotic pool cleaner so I knew what to expect if it was a good cleaner. It works as it should with a good battery life of at least 130 minutes of run time. Charging only takes a couple hours. When the battery is about to run out the pool cleaner stops by the closest wall for easy retrieval with the provided hook. Our pool is a oval 18x33 and this pool cleaner is able to clean it in one battery run. Its very quiet when running and picks up the dirt and other debris particles. The robotic cleaner is easy to clean with a quick wash. This cleaner comes with the charger, hoof and manual so its ready to go after a quick charge. If you have never used a robotic cleaner before its best to fill it with the pool water to keep it on the bottom of your pool. This cleaner seems to be made well and should last for a long time. Its a good value and time saver for those with pools. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Works great most of the time. Every once in awhile I find it upside down. Feel that the speed of this cleaner scoots along the bottom to fast. Which maybe the problem.

Make sure to fill the cleaner with water before putting it into the pool. This product, the pool cleaner, has very effectively cleaned the bottom of my 27x14-foot saltwater pool. It can handle larger debris such as leaves and branches. I use it at least every other day. The battery will be fully charged by night, and it's ready to go the next morning. When fully charged, it can last for over 90 minutes. If necessary, I will purchase another one.

Full charge last about 2-2.5 hours, cleans well. However, the upper units separates from bottom unit while in pool. After 2 weeks, the vacuum flips over and does not clean.

This cordless, hoseless, automatic pool vacuum uses waterjet technology for propulsion. Waterjets at the front and rear drive the vacuum. Once the vacuum is turned on and placed at the bottom of the pool the rear jet is turned on and the vacuum travels forward in a curving line until it hits a wall. A motion sensor detects that the facuum has stopped. It then turns the rear jet off and turns the front jet on. The vacuum then travels backward in a line curving in the opposite direction from the rear jet until it hits a wall. This cycle repeats until the battery is exhausted (about 2 hours). When the battery level comes close to empty, the vacuum will shut down at the next wall it hits so it can be easily retrieved. This vacuum is not like a Roomba house vacuum that follows a map to ensure the entire area is covered. The makers of this vacuum figure that curving back and forth across the bottom of the pool will eventually get everywhere clean. This could be an issue for pools with odd shapes. A nylon mesh filter in the body of the vacuum traps debris that is pulled in by the suction of the waterjet. The manual says the maximum size pool this vacuum will clean (in a single cycle) is 1076 square feet. If my math is correct, that's about a 27' X 40' pool. Most residential in-ground pools are around 10' X 30', so by the numbers, this vacuum should clean those pools in one cycle. The manual also says the battery takes about 2 1/2 hours to fully charge from empty. The manual also states that the pool pump needs to be off during vacuum operation. They are afraid the currents created by the pump will prevent the vacuum from cleaning all areas of the pool. A proprietary 12 volt charger is provided. There is no cover over the vacuum's charging port to protect it. Even though the manual says you should dry the port before attaching the charger, a cover would prevent the contacts from getting soiled and stop working. In addition to the charger, a pole hook to retrieve the vacuum is included (you need to provide your own pole). I like the design of the hook, it fits the vacuum's handle easily and has a plastic cover over where the hook contacts the handle to prevent the vacuum from sliding off when it is being lifted. The waterjet pushes the vacuum along the pool bottom quite rapidly, so much so that the vacuum is susceptible to turning over if there's a smooth rounded edge where the bottom and side of the pool meet. The vacuum's speed drives it up the wall, gravity takes hold and the vacuum falls backward turning turtle. Of the pools I tested it in, it did the best in an above-ground pool. The transition between the bottom and sides is sharp enough to prevent the vacuum from climbing the side and falling over. The biggest gripe I have with the manual is that it does not fully explain how to remove the top from the vacuum for cleaning. There are no markings on the vacuum to help. It turns out that the shirts on the vacuum top that extend down between the wheels pull out slightly to release the tabs holding the top to the bottom of the vacuum. I detected no visual or operational defects in manufacturing.

I ordered this vacuum and I was surprised at how fast it cleans, how quick it takes to charge, and how light it is, so easy to hold, this vacuum cleaned my entire pool in about 25 minutes, it worked really well and saved me a lot of work instead of cleaning manually, would recommend this product, it works great and does the job it is supposed to do
