I contacted them all they have done is asked for pictures! How do you send a picture of something that fell out on the road who knows where! Bought these for my 08 charger and was surprised by how fast they got here. Installing them was pretty easy if you watch enough videos, HOWEVER one of the lightbulbs wouldn't sit right on the passenger side light. Was driving around the same night after installing them and the lightbulb had fallen out of its socket. I hate having to deal with returns so i used some duck tape to hold the lightbulb in place. Overall the lights are very clean and give the car a much better look without having to spend $250-$300. ... show more

The lights looked nice but had many problems. I've contacted the dealer in regards to water getting in the light unit and the amber side light falling out during the first drive. They want me to send them the lights on the only car I ha e then they will send me a replacement like I can drive around without headlights?? Don't waste your time and money because they will not help you if something goes wrong!!! ... show more
